Smelled like a skunk, but far far worse.  Roaches absolutely everywhere.  Threatened me on the phone to not give a full refund (having to dispute with my credit card company.  We were there less than one hour before running for our lives.  BTW, there is no pool.  It's drained.  I don't think a fire could cleanse this site.

Unbelivably disgusting

My friend just took over a motel management under new management it is a lot better under new management all rooms have been upgraded He is going to keep working to improve as much as he can so when you come to Richmond stay @ super 7 motel

The pics should speak for themselves The people he rent too are drug dealers prostitutes and druggies. His housekeepers actually did have the place looking better but as you can see fighting a loosing battle. Paul Patel would rather have all these items that have blood and what ever else on it washed and reused. He would get made that his housekeeper would was all bedding. No he'd say don't wash comforter. Look at these. Id throw away. As you can see illnesses isn't his concern

Needs Condemned

The non-smoking room reeked of smoke.
There are bed bugs.
Charged us $5 more than advertised. 
Had no idea we had reserved a room on priceline - there are no computers at the main desk. 
Did not feel safe.

Bed Bugs

I know it was only $45 bucks but this place was BAD. Room smelled of smoke, there was a bug in the bed spread. I took various pictures. My 17 year old son was afraid to sit on anything! Girl at the front desk was shy and giggly, probably because she knew what the hell we were walking in to.

Just Don't

Never go through them. They wont serve breakfast to anyone if your a few dollars short they kick you out. If you have kids dont go! They walk in on you when they want. Slam ur door open and dont care if your naked. There is no house keeping for weekly or monthly payers. They wont give refunds if you dont stay your stay. They scream at your kids and push them. They will try to fight you if you stand up to their filthy behvior. I will NEVER go there again.  They should be shut down!!!!

HORRIBLE

dirty (strong smoking smell in non-smoking room)
epuipment does not work properly (blocked drain in bathroom)
potential safety issue (someone knocks your door for money at midnight)
no receipt until police officer involved
