Peaceful and romantic! The property grounds are pure magic! The resort is what the Keys experience is all about! Old school cool, eclectic, artsy, warm and comfortable! We watched the sun rise overlooking the beautiful bay and were greeted by a family of manatees! I did my morning yoga in a private zen garden of perfectly manicured topiaries! The room was very clean had good coffee, soft clean linens and a view of the manicured gardens and crystal clear pool. The staff was kind, helpful and attentive.

My name is lazaro and there was great Service the people at the front desk are kind . I recomend to go here it is beautiful. The pool is warm and in the morning if you go to the beach you will see dolfins.

Great place highly recomend.

First impression when entering the room was the over use of air freshener.  The smell sticks to your clothes and belongings.  No king beds so we squeezed into a queen, not a major issue. Except it was the hardest bed I've ever slept in.  Messed up my back for days.  Luckly the other queen bed in the room was softer, which is where we slept the rest of the stay.

The outdoor deck and beach area was nice.  Great view of the sunset.  Ok place to use as a place to sleep like we did.  Didn't spend much time there.  Price fit the experience.  

Average place for the price.

Great place to be bayside is lovely as you get beautiful sun sets. the Florida Keys are just so great, We have been visiting the Florida Keys since 2008, We even got married in Key Colony Beach on the Beach

Fantastic breaks

What a little gem! Stayed here for 1 night on the 19th October when travelling down from Miami to Key West. 

The room was exactly what we needed for a nights stay, clean, comfy and a perfect location. There was also a fridge and all amenities that you need for a comfortable stay. 

Would highly recommend and do not hesitate in booking. 

We are from the UK and when back in Florida, if we find ourselves travelling down through the Keys we will be staying again.

Great little spot! 

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, clean room. This place is a gem. We had a quaint old Florida room. Clean with everything you need. Some rooms have been updated. The views are amazing.  Great pool, the dock is a great place to sit and watch kayaking, dolphin and amazing sunsets. We saw several Iguanas. Beautiful plants and trees. Well maintained grounds. The small beach was nice. Linda the owner is amazing.  We enjoyed visiting with her.  We hope to go back.

We really enjoyed it

Been here with family, room was clean. Quite basic but suited our purpose. Excellent the heated pool, included, as well as the possibility to use kajaks. The structure has a nice little beach that grants access to the sea. Beautiful sunset view. Free parking is available.

Fantastic location and view

We stayed here for one night on a road trip down the Keys with destination Key West.   I wish we had planned to stay longer at this nice resort.  Linda, the owner, was so friendly and obviously cares about making her resort comfortable and with all amenities you could want.   We stayed in a nice space that had a separate bedroom with living / dining room and small kitchen with full size appliances.   Our accommodation was very clean with AC on and the room cool when we arrived.  The resort has a front row seat to the sunset, boat access, a small swimming beach, kayaks, and a heated swimming pool.   This place has a very laid back vibe and is a great place to just relax and chill out.  We live on the other side of the country but hope to come back one day for a longer stay.

Friendly and has everything you need

The pictures on the site are somewhat misleading.  The property by the water is nice.  We were surprised that there is no room service.  If you want clean towels, you place them in a plastic bin outside your door.   Wondered if those bins are cleaned between guests.   It is definitely “old Florida”.   Room was musty smelling on arrival but after running a/c it improved.   It’s an OK place to stay but don’t have high expectations.

Don’t expect much

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We were only foing to stay for two nights but my husband loved it so much we stayed an extra night! I highly recommend watching the sunset at the end of the pier. We saw wuite a few different animals while we were kist chilling on the pier (a shark, jelly fish, manatee, and lots of fish.) Great place for a great price!
