Overall, I’m pretty impressed. Very nice and clean . Clean linens. Clean sheets. Nice bed.. overall I would give the Roomate five stars.
The exterior is very well-kept and clean . Friendly staff.. well lit . Across the street is a truckstop with a Denny’s that you can walk to.

Definitely worth stop if you want to stay somewhere decent.

Motel was nice, super convenient location, across the road to TA travel center and Dennys. Staff went above and beyond to help me in vehicle repair crisis. Refused any compensation for the extra mile. I'm ever-so-grateful for the hospitality and trust.

Super hero, above and beyond service

Haven't stayed in this type of hotel for quite some time.   While it is basic, and breakfast is not included at this time, friendly and helpful staff and VERY CLEAN!!   Combination that is hard to beat!

Basic accommodation for passing through

Upon check-in I noticed the recliner in 2 of our 3 rooms were broken. Went to Front Desk to let them know. The response I got was "They are made in China. Would you like me to come tie them closed?". I said that wasn't necessary and was told most of them are broken. Room #1 water would not turn off in the bathtub so had to change rooms. Room #2 smelled like mold and mildew, maybe more water problems?? Room #3 the toilet paper holder was broken so the TP was laying on the floor.The Vending machine was Out of order. The Fitness Center was a storage center for Gasoline cans and such. Breakfast was another disappointment. The Juice Machine was out of order. Your choices were muffins that looked sat on, honey buns that were well past their prime, stale cereal or toast. Nothing hot, no fruit or yogurt or anything else. On Sunday morning I just wanted a glass of Juice but low and behold..... There wasn't any, and when I asked for more to be put out I was told they didn't have any. There were only about 5 or 6 cars in the lot so they weren't very busy. The only thing this place had going for it was the room was clean and the AC worked well. I will not be staying there again. Major disappointment.

Where to begin.....

There is still a Days Inn sign by the property, but it is now Sunriser Inn.  I took a chance even though the only reviews were from last year and I'm glad I did.  The manager was extremely helpful when I had a problem with the booking company I used.  The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and all necessary toiletries.  Most importantly, it was clean and well kept.  There is free WI-Fi and a complimentary breakfast although I didn't partake of either.   It's conveniently located near I-20 and there is a gas station and a Wendy's restaurant right across the street.  I wasn't bothered by the sound of large trucks as other reviewers have mentioned. (I requested a quiet room and use a white noise app when sleeping.)  I'm usually in this area at least once a year so this will be my first pick of places to stay because you can't beat a clean room with a great price.

Great budget hotel

Very nice room.  Close to interstate but not noisy.  
Draw back was very tight parking.  There was a small sign notifying that but it was easily missed when pulling in which by then it was useless knowledge.

Very clean rooms and great service.  Can't comment on the breakfast,  I left before it was ready the next morning,  but everything looked neat and clean in the guest room as I walked through.

The room was clean, check in and check out was quick and easy. Breakfast was just ok. We were traveling so we were just in and out. Good place to sleep and go.
