I stayed here and found myself bitten by bed bugs and the room smelled like smoke. I had an attempted break in.  Black mold on wall.  It is a reasonable price but price you pay the price .  This place should not be in business. Killeen is a community of soldiers and my family being I would hate for them to stay here and expose their families to such an unsafe place . 

Bed bugs, unsafe locks , unsafe 

We went into our room and it was covered in blood. The bed was covered in blood and so were the blankets. An odd amount like someone killed someone at some point. lol Sounds dramatic bit it was frightening. Mold and dirt all over the walls. People smoke in the hallways (indoor halls btw) and toss their cigarettes right on the carpet and leave them. The halls are covered in trash and so are the floors of the rooms. I saw the cleaning lady and she would make the beds and come out. She did no cleaning or changing of linens. We got a full refund. I see the manager likes to come on here and discredit reviews and then write positive reviews for themselves. Funny thing is that all anyone has to do is walk in your hotel and they will see you're lying.

I don't know how this sort of place is legal

The carpet was old and dirty, I wouldn't dare take my shoes off, the building smelled like smoke, the paint on the doors look purposely scratched off, people who you can clearly tell were not staying there where in and out the building day and night, everything is out dated, I wouldn't dare to take a shower, trash needed taking out that sat outside the building, the lady @the front desk was a sweetheart but the another young looking guy was being rude, no towels, no phones in rooms and the bed bugs we're bad. We got a refund, checked out early and  took the little money we had and went to a nicer hotel up the highway for $20more. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here, especially if children are involved.

Unsafe and Disgusting

Youll should be ashamed of yourselves for checking in someone in the same room knowing it was infested with bed bugs because I checked out of that room  before my time I checked hotel room #119  on 7/3/15 and was due to check out 7/10/15. 2 of my children got sick I took them to urgent care. I had told the lady at the hotel desk I had seen bugs and that they were sick she didn't say much on 7/5/15.next day exterminator knocked on door no warning we had to vacate the room I asked  the 2men if and when it would be safe to enter the room one of the guys said"should be OK in 3hours. After coming back from football practice tired I noticed big and small and very much alive bedbugs on the bed edges and floor!! I immediately went to the front office and the woman at the desk told me that she was by herself and the maintance guy left for the day, I would have to wait a little bit. this was an urgent matter we have bed bugs in our room !! she had no sense of urgency so I removed the mattress myself out of the room.After having to wait till 1030pm with 2 sick kids and 1 coming from football she give me $4.00 in quarters to wash my clothes..and insisted we stay and gave us 2 new rooms ...125 and 126 the SAME ROOM you SOLD to Chelsa M!!!!! I'm outraged you'll knew!!!!!.
Woke up on 7/7/15 to find more bed bugs in this room, we came from Ohio and had everything we owned in that room I had to leave it ALL..I just cried I was and still am very upset and disgusted..I went to office again and asked for a refund said I was checking out, the women acted like she was giving me money from her own pocket and handed me $60 she said her corporate office wouldn't refund my money so she was giving this to me!!! I had to check out 4 days early! That was owed to me anyway, I asked for her corporate office phone number she told me to call the hotel phone and they would connect me to them.. She made me sign my initials saying I received the $60 I told her I did not want to sign it and she told me I couldn't take the money.I called the hotel yesterday 7/8/15 same women said" I transfered but their not answering leave name and number for return call" Got no response. I called again today asked to be transferred to their corporate office same women said" oh no one called you yet they know" I asked who and when can I expect a call she gave no name and said around 3:30 4pm I still havnt received a call, giving me the run around. I called again I think she is the Owner and dealt with this situation all wrong. Our family is out our only things we owned, my boys got sick, and I just wanted a safe and clean place for my 3/children and I to stay. Something needs to be done for all the other people who may encounter this hotel. You can't DISCREDIT the TRUTH

Are U KIDDING US

This place is a pig sty . When I walked to the side entrance I was greeted by a roach. I tried to overlook it being that it was late so I made my way to the room which was room 125. Because I work at a hotel I made my way to the bed to check it and I saw bed bugs in different phases including adult bed bugs. When I approached the front desk the lady was rude and accused me of lying. I HAVE NEVER BEEN AN DISGRUNTLED GUEST BUT THIS PLACE MADE ME ONE. I Called the health dept this place should be shut down
