I couldn’t leave a review fast enough! I usually book a room for the cheapest rate knowing I’ll probably get a crappy nights stay… but when I walked in my room I was speechless! This is the BEST room I’ve stayed in! The front desk was amazing to accommodate my requests and the bedding is spectacular! The bathroom is roomy and so clean. The counters are modern with granite counters. The carpeting is ultra clean and so soft under my feet. The look and feel is exactly what my family needed. Thank you for luxury on a budget Quality Inn!

They could charge $159 a night for the luxury and cleanliness of the place! I was amazed and so grateful!

Good room, comfortable, efficient check in, good breakfast, no problems. There were no rowdy characters around, the premises were quiet, nothing bad to say about the place. I was tired and it was after dark and the clerk gave me a ground floor room when I explained that all my gear was in a large wheeled plastic box weighing almost 100 pounds.

Very Good

Our 4th stay here - always welcomed warmly by friendly staff, room has all amenities and provides drive-up units that are just right for us. Everyone here seems jolly and there are lots of good services within a few few of the motel - a restaurant, convenience store and gas station, and easy on-off access to the highway. Breakfast includes grainy stuff and some meaty sandwiches for all tastes, and there are other food and useful/first aid items for sale in the comfy lobby and a workout room. Very much appreciated and recommended!

Friendly, convenient, clean and bright

We booked one night here on our way to Chattanooga to move our son. This is a hidden gem! Our number one concern when staying anywhere is cleanliness. This place fit the bill. It has been recently remodeled and everything was very clean. From our room to the lobby and breakfast area, all clean and welcoming. Even the lobby floors and windows shined. Continental breakfast was adequate for a jump start. Staff was very friendly. I can see the mountains from our window as I write this review. I only have positives for our very pleasant stay here and highly recommend.

Very clean and newly renovated

Unexpectedly GREAT lodging here in the Tennessee hill country. Desk clerk Rosa was exceptionally helpful, showed me a room perfectly suited to the needs of my disabled veteran hubby - spacious, clean and has good fast wifi and plenty of plug-ins - a luxury stay at an affordable rate, just what we needed at the almost-end of a cross-country road trip. Thanks!

Great place - helpful staff, perfect room, all amenities!

Who knew such a lovely place was where you might least expect it? Icing on the cake are by far the nicest hospitality personnel we have ever had the pleasure to meet!  We started with Chris- everything we needed, and wanted- met with a huge smile- Yes!! of course, and Voila!!- all was handled very professionally- extremely WELL DONE!! (we found out later that this outstanding young man is the owner!!). The room is spotless, very tastefully updated, and none of the frequently musty smells. Thank goodness. The next morning Nick put out a very nice breakfast, with brilliant, helpful conversation. Terrific guy!! We had a difficult weather travel day- couple of really bad accidents with huge delays- and they turned everything around for us. Thank you gentlemen so very much.

What a delightful gem!!

This Suite really met our needs. Room was comfortable, really clean and neat. Amenities up to date. Spacy, and the TV had a wide expanse of channels. The breakfast was really ample, eggs, sausage, toast, pastries, oatmeal, fruit, yogurts and all the coffee and tea you could drink. Our housekeeper was so attentive! This property really rocked it. Great value for your hard earned bucks. You will not be disappointed.

Nice Suite off the Highway

We stayed in a double suite.  There was a large sitting area  with eating area separate from the bedroom.  The bed was comfortable.  The room was clean.  The only complaint was the lack of electric outlets in the kitchen area.  The microwave was on the desk due to the lack of outlets.  Otherwise, very nice space.

Rooms were all upgrade I was in a 2 room suite with full size refrigerator. Staff at Front desk, and Room Teams were very friendly and did an excellent job. There is and Western Sizzler and Hardees Roast Beef place right in the parking lot, and about 5 minutes away is tons of stores and restaurants.

Great place to stay

Rooms have been updated.  Beds, bath, shower all updated and clean.   Staff was very accommodating to my request for a quiet room.
A very high value for the price!

Very pet friendly!
While you might be concerned about the age of the motel;  you know…. Park your car in front of the room.. it’s really pretty cool.

I’d certainly stay again!
