I made a reservation more than a week in advance through Expedia. I arrived at 10:30 PM to be told I had no reservation; they had no rooms; they had cancelled all reservations due to hurricane damage. I then had to scramble for a room- very hard to come by after Hurricane Laura- finally found one - an HOUR AND A HALF away. Before leaving the parking lot I lodged a complaint with Expedia. The next day, I reached out to Expedia again & they contacted the hotel trying to get a refund on my behalf. They were told I had failed to cancel!!!!! Again, I responded to Expedia that I had arrived & was turned away! The hotel is still refusing to issue a refund. I have filed with my credit card company & reached out directly to Wyndham, whose customer service rep did, indeed, find my reservation!

Schisters! Stole my money!

I booked a room for friday night but when I got there the receptionist told me all reservations were canceled. all my weekend plans were ruined. I had to drive back home because there was no other place to stay. The place is listed as a 2.5 star hotel but I would not even give them a one star rating. lobby was in poor condition and the place looked very shady.

The hotel seemed awful dated and could use a remodel but it was decent & clean so I cant really complain too much. The switch on the desk lamp was screwed up and the desk drawer didn't have a bottom in it, but I didn't really go there to study just to spend the night and gamble so it was good enough.

Clean and a cheap place to lay your head for the night!

I have stayed in many hotels in my life but I would have to say this one takes the cake as pretty much the worst ones I have stayed at. Just walking into the lobby should of known the rooms would of not been any better. The side door to get in the hotel was broken anyone could just walk in if they wanted too. They had brick trash cans in the middle of the sidewalk which made it pretty difficult to get our luggage and other things in. The first room they put us in smelled like mold because there was mold under the AC unit which didnt work. They put us in another room the AC worked but it was so dirty! Had someone's left Qtips on the floor right by the bed on each side. Duck tape hiding a hole in the shower. Stained sheets and bedding. Food on the carpet looked like crushed crackers. I can keep going on and on. It was just a all around terrible experience and only reason I gave it one star is cause I had to choose one. Don't go!!

NO NO NO!!

Too many items about property that did not meet expectations, compared to other Days Inns. Room odors, ants in the bathroom area, needs repairs and painting and carpet cleaning or replacement. Breakfast area was okay with limited items, but very roomy. desk staff was cordial and friendly, on check in and out.

NOT extraOrdinary

First of all, if booked thru a third party booking I only paid $49 ($56 with tax). If checking in at the desk it would have been $80. I got a smoking room with one bed, nice table and chair, and cushioned chair with foot stool. Fridge and microwave. Did I say $49? So a comparison to say a $90 LaQuinta wouldn't really work, I mean really!

The bed was okay, the 4 pillows (2 soft 2 hard) were in great shape and the quality of pillow covers was above average for a $49 night hotel. The stay was quiet, with no outside noise coming thru the walls (room 269). Didn't see any kids. I really judge bathrooms by if I feel I have to use shower shoes while walking on the floor and in this one it did not feel so.

The irritants were minor- one trash can for the whole room including bathroom; the bar soap was that cheap import stuff; the coffee pot when removing the pot should have stopped dripping and it didn't. The breakfast was pretty much nominal only, no meats except sausage gravy for biscuits; waffles, cereal, blah, blah blah. Nothing to write home about.

Because it was winter I did not check to see if A/C blew clean air. Of course you are stuck with that "Lousyana" water. I used bottled for coffee and brushing teeth. The hotel is near the Coushatta Feather Fuel so a pizza was not far away. The hotel is on the casino shuttle route, with a phone call. Pool area looked closed for winter. Did not run the wifi speed.

This place served it's purpose and I will stay there again when visiting casino.

Not a bad deal, not a bad choice.

Very Helpful. Fast Check in and friendly people. I would recommend anyone to stay there. Great location and Access to Casino. Shuttle Bus comes in timely Manner. The room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed nice size tub. 

Good For Price

Stayed here on 12/31/2019, after paying over $180.00 for a room. Booked late expected to pay more.
Room 270 had Pubic hairs in the sink. The hall way smelt like a skunk had been in there.
Sink barely drained. Hot water was warm at best in the shower. Screen falling off the window.  For being 2019 you would think they would have at least one USB port in the room.  Bed was very uncomfortable, mattress needs to be changed. 
 I would not recommend this Days Inn and will not be using them again. 
   They claim to offer free shuttle but it is actually the Casino that offers it.

Has to be the worst Days Inn I have stayed at

Food was cold, muffins, yogurt and items was never re-stocked. Coffee dripping on counter and lady was missing and not cleaning area for dining. Needs a major food improvement! Gravy for biscuits was horrible and biscuits tasted like clay, nasty and need some meat on menu for breakfast too. 

Needs major work on food and cleanliness!
