The bathroom was clean.
What was bad
The bedding appeared to have various stains on the sheets and pillow cases. Wasn’t sure if the bedding had even been washed. Also, hot tub was broken. We did not receive service that we had expected. We got put into a random room even though I payed four weeks in advance because they claimed to be full. And we had very strange guests roaming around outside of our room.
