The center is open daily from 8am to 12 midnight. After midnight key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for your villa you will be asked to supply a credit card as sucrity for your villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to clients booking at a daily additional fee: crib rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non smoking, pets are not allowed.
