Found this  motel to very clean and safe .  The room was spacious and somewhat updated.   The parking was brightly lit .  It’s conveniently located to food and shopping.  Best hotel bed I have slept on in regards to the right amount of firmness.   The room was a good value for the money.

Clean pet friendly Motor Inn .

The owner spied on me through the window as my husband checked us in.they charged us $15 per dog and complained there was dog hair in the room after we left.if you don't want dog hair don't allow dogs

Don't stay here

I booked this room on Booking.com for$35.
It mysteriously changed to $60 and change first of all.
Couldn't get thru the door of room 19 because it was stuck. Had to kick it to get it open.
Bathroom window fell out in my hands when I tried to close it.
Cup rings on the window sill. Towel had a black smudges where it looks like someone wiped black stuff off their fingers.
Toilet lid has filth on it and the sink. 
This room is disgusting - absolutely gross!!!

Absolutely Disgusting!

When you arrive, you have to do your check-in through a half inch window ( they wear masks inside) making it super difficult to hear and understand. Next, they want $10/per pet per night and do not care about service animals. Then they stalk your room outside wandering around acting like they want to talk to you/kick you out. They hate people sitting outside and chatting because social distancing garbage. I paid for an extra night through booking.com ( not their fault) I went to sign paperwork for said night, and I was told, " rooms are full, you must leave" Okay, I paid for the next reservation and it was too bad, you must leave. We showed them the reservation and they said it didn't matter. Said they'd call the cops if we didn't leave in 15 mins. Um, You missed out on a reservation then.

Stay somewhere else

Found this place when searching for a nearby place to stay around Klamath Falls. The experience was well beyond my expectations for such an affordable price. It's conveniently located and surrounded by casual shops and restaurants. The room had everything you typically need and was all very clean and in very good condition. Their housekeeping clearly did a great job. The lady at the reception also told me they recently remodeled the place. I tried their breakfast before leaving. They had good selections. Glad that I found this place. Highly recommended to all of you coming to this area of the town!

Good location, clean room

Older property, but clean and inexpensive. I needed a place to stay, but I was gone most of the day. The room was small, but had everything I needed. No coffee maker, but coffee in the office/lobby. (And, I don't drink coffee.) 

In the style of the 1950's, you park right in front of your room, which is convenient.

If you need an inexpensive place to stay overnight, this is ideal.  The room was clean, the bed comfortable.  It is "no frills" - but did have the basics of tissue, packets of all-in-one shampoo, tv, small refrigerator.  The room we were in did not have any hangers - but if they were needed, I'm sure they would have been provided if requested.

A Budget Hotel

Such a pleasant surprise. When we pulled in we could tell this is a really basic place. However, the service and the rooms make up for it. Greeted warmly by the staff at the front desk and was checked in promptly even tho we arrived slightly ahead of time. Room was just spacious enough, water pressure for shower was decent, bed linens and pillows look almost new. Happy to recommend this to family with tight budget like us.

Would stay again

Check in was easy. When I got to room #23 and opened the door I was hit with the overwhelming stench of stale smoke!!! Instant migraine. Very small bathroom but I was traveling solo so no biggie EXCEPT no towels and half a roll of TP...wth really??? Walls were so dirty with stains everywhere. Pulled back the sheets and they were dirty and stained. Yuck ! And the doooor omg...if you can call it that. Barely a lock and you could see light coming through the gap between the door and wall. Got an immediate refund and left! 

Bypass this place 

We reserved a larger room for the family of 4 and checked into the place late evening. Glad to make it to our room quickly, get a good bath and take a good rest after driving all day. Place was quiet at night, bed was comfy and clean. Didn't get to try the other stuff in the room but they are fairly well equipped. Grabbed quick breakfast the next day before continuing our journey. Would try this place again if we are back to this area in the future.
