I got a non smoking room. They charged my card for smoking in the room . I was told they found ashes in the trash cans and on the table. When they told me they had proof I asked for it and wasn't shown anything. Still charged my card 200 dollars. I will not be staying here ever again. I'm very dissatisfied. I'm not a smoker.

I had to go down and get clean sheets
 All the old blankets and sheets was in the room. There was garbage everywhere and I cleaned it up. The lights switch in the bathroom I almost got electrocuted with. There was garbage and needles still in the room 

Nasty

This motel is not managed well.  I reserved an accessible room but they rented out all the accessible rooms before we arrived at 7:00.  The manager gave us an older room, the last room on the 1st floor.  She was working a double shift.  The room was not very clean.  Breakfast was not ready at 6:30 - it was 7:00 before it was ready.  Cereal & milk, toast, juice was all there was.  The waffle maker did not work.  A very poor Super 8.   

Terrible service, poor breakfast.

The pictures they had online are false advertisement the establishment looks ways better than it actually is. I took my family to klamath falls for the weekend and booked this hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND 

Hotel is not clean and is very dirty, hallway is very dim and the hotel did not smell the greatest either

We were welcome with a bad Oder, one of the beds were broken and the bed slanted down at the head of the bed, the sheets were dirty and stained. Very poor quality, this hotel is in desperate need of an update.

This hotel is rundown

Easily the best price in lodging tin Klamath Falls.  Right off the hwy, there is plenty of parking and near to food and convenience items.  Rooms are spacious and staff was super friendly and helpful.  The facility was a bit tired and dated...but they try hard, and it was clean.   Would stay again.

The toilet was stained with a disgusting ring at water lever and tub was a total turn-off too. I have NEVER stayed in a more disgusting place and will NEVER reserve a night here again! It was a TOTAL turnoff.

Dirtiest room I have ever been assigned!

As a guest of Super 8 on October 19th.staying at room # 218, immediately came to our attention the strong smell of something in the room ( though were strong cleaning products) But unfortunately my surprise was as I entering to the bathroom- stronger smell comes out. I am sharing pictures of toilet damage and deeply unsanitary as shower floor. 
I understand completely the Category of Super 8,Inc. nevertheless cleaning standards are NOT what we expect from the company you represent. 

As well found a bag of open food inside the freezer! Ripped bedsheets. Bathroom air filter full of dust. At this point I want to think the room 218; Never was order to be clean- or reported with UNSANITARY problems or even Checked by Receptionist prior to give us the key, Whom at the time of our check in demonstrate a gigantic fatigue yawning several times. Truly we will appreciate an answer and a solution of this matter. 

Breakfast is advertised- but reality it is NOT BREAKFAST ( crew just said- no breakfast sorry)

I reported to the Health Department of Oregon !!

UNSANITARY ROOMS !!!! - Keep OUT

Would not stay there again.  Looks like owner gave up on property.   Gentleman at front desk seemed like he couldn't care less.  Stairs were not cleaned in the few days I was there. Window was dirty. Everything seemed below standards. Breakfast was two types of cereal, oatmeal out of a packet or wheat or white bread.

Both rooms I had over 2 weeks we're non-smoking yet stunk like cigarettes. The air conditioner louvers are smashed out on both rooms. The breakfast is a joke sliced white and wheat bread with jelly or butter or cereal. If you work during the day and come back to the room at night you will have nothing to do there are only 12 channels on their cable TV. Most of them are infomercial channels. There is TNT which plays soap operas, Fox News and weather channel, that's it.
