I have stayed here many times and always have a great experience. Clean roooms, comfortable beds, polite and professional employees. Pet friendly, with a convenience store next door. Great hotel, and a great value.

Always a great stay

Clean hotel. Quiet Rooms were pretty spacious I was on the first floor. Was not sure what to expect but overall the staff was very courteous the hotel itself was clean and there was animal parking. I do not have to worry about my vehicle broken into like a few months ago had another hotel.

Clean comfortable and safe location

I stayed in one of the new rooms in the hotel. It was extremely clean. The bed was really comfortable, and there were four pillows to choose from with varying densities.
It has a small kitchenette with two burners on the stove, a microwave oven, and full size refrigerator freezer with ice maker in the room.

It was a huge improvement to the last hotel I stayed at inOmaha.

They don't serve a continental breakfast here. They have a breakfast in bed menu that you can order from to be brought to your room. But there are several other places to eat within walking distance of the hotel.

This is my new go to place to stay in Omaha.

I booked at a hotel that I had never heard of, My Place. This hotel did not disappoint.  Clean room, clean facility, clean atmosphere.  The staff was very friendly, from the front desk staff to the hospitality staff.  Everyone seemed to really get along well, and were happy. Which made me happy

Hidden Gem

Modern hotel. Check in was unavailable until 3pm. Room modern, clean and spacious with all the amenities plus a cooktop (but no pots or pans). Beds were comfortable. Powerful shower. Plenty of free parking. There is little in the way of food/drink in the vicinity which means a 2-3 km drive to downtown. Rates good. Next to the Union Pacific rail line.

Good Rates

Not ready for prime time. We arrived at 4 pm and were assigned a room/suite with an unmade bed, burners dismantled from the stove, and no chair.  We were then assigned another room which the attendant was kind enough to walk with us to confirm it was in order.  The recliner chair ready for the dump, with half the vinyl from the backrest, but after a 10 hours on the road we just wanted to crash. 
We later found that the "fully equipped kitchen" was missing everything... plates silverware, glasses. The heating-A/C unit sounded like a train running through the unit. The next morning, we found  breakfast wasn't available unless it was pre-ordered the night before.  The regular complimentary coffee was empty, and the other pot had a decaf label and black lid.  We hate to leave a bad review, but really... This place was worth $59 - not $129.

Not Ready for Prime Time

While my Kenworth was in the shop for repairs. 
They suggested this place.  So I tried it and was impressed with the service and the amenities. I would definitely stay there again. La Vista is a nice section of Omaha. 


Overnight Delight

Michael S. has been so helpful when they are short staffed. Always going above and beyond and very courteous of his customers. I would give it a 10/10 if you are looking for a comfy place to stay! Pretty much everybody on the team here is very nice.

Excellent place to stay. 

This trip was for business. I'm a union carpenter out of st paul . It was brought to my attention and saw with my own eyes that this hotel "My Place Hotel " had little visitors at night . Roaches,  and not little ones either . The made fun of me, made me feel that it was my fualt. Saying that it was me that brought them in. When I notified the front desk they immediately jumped to conclusions that I brought them in. Even though other rooms are having the same problem.  They moved me to another room . I did appreciate that.  But nevertheless they saw another in my room. And again blamed me . When talking to my colleagues I work with . They are having the same issue with this hotel. Anyways , I told them that I'll check out , they said good. Unbelievable,  I do dare them to challenge this. This is an awful experience I will never forget and will leave me wondering,  what's crawling at night when I saty at other hotels.

Rude, disgusting, and Unprofessional

I take time to write a review when it’s well deserved! I can’t be more thankful for the staff! Josh the manager has created a great team! From the lady at check in to Mike and Noni to make sure my kids and I feel important!!! They deserve credit for the five star service!! Corporates give negative feedback more attention than the positive!! It’s why I wanted to write a review so they are appreciated!!
