For 10+ years Napili Bay has been our 'happy place,' and for the last 4 years Hale Napili has been our 'happy place within a happy place,' as we have returned there multiple times. The site is beautiful both in terms of beachfront location and well-kept grounds. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and wonderful. When we see all those people staying in the high-rises or further inland, we feel extraordinarily lucky to be in Hale Napili.

Our happy place within a happy place

My wife and I stayed in a studio on the bottom floor, so had immediate access to the lawn area and the beach--right out the slider!
It was spotless and well appointed, the bed was great, and the bathroom quite nice. But the kitchen--Holy Cow!
We've never seen a better equipped kitchen in a rental. They have everything you need (even some things that we don't have in our kitchen!). Honestly, you could cook just about anything. What a pleasure to not have to hunt for things--all there! We didn't use either of the two grills out back, but they were clean and looked like they'd do the trick-next time.
The place overall is clean and well-maintained.
And the staff are just plain wonderful! There is a true Hawai'i vibe from pleasant people happy to be there and happy that we were there. I wish we could have stayed longer.
I whole heartedly recommend Hale Napili for your stay on Maui!!

Hale Napili is clean, pleasant, and right on the beach!

The setting, the beautiful facility, the privacy, and the security of Hale Napili led us to experience our best vacation ever.  All of our needs were met, and the communication with the management prior to our trip was easy.  Our first trip to Hawaii was a total success, much owing to Hale Napili. Thank you!

A successful vacation thanks to Hale Napili

The property is so convenient and safe. Felt like my personal backyard. Kids could crawl on the grass and play in the sand. Bbq and tables allowed flexibility to eat in. Short walk to the Gazebo for breakfast and the Seahouse for dinner. Will be back with more friends and family. 

Beachfront paradise

We have appreciated the warm welcome , the comfort and the cleanliness of the studio. Everything has been well thought of and , in the kitchen, there is absolutely every you can need.
Because of the hurricane and the devastating fire in Lahaina, we had to shorten our stay. Being foreigners with no network for our phones, it was kind of complicated to change our flight and to find a hotel room elsewhere, on another island. Everything has been done to help us and the manager Jamie took care of us: she took us to her place where there was some network and lent us her phone. Thanks to her we have been able to solve the difficulties and leave the island safely .
We are very grateful to her, all the more as she had other things to do at that terrible time. We do hope to be able to go back to Hale Napili as soon as possible. 

Awesome place and kind people

We were very well received and enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the studio. Everything was well thought out and in the kitchen, there is absolutely everything you can need. After the hurricane and the terrible fire in Lahaina we had to shorten our stay. Everything was done to help us make changes to our airline tickets and hotel bookings because we didn't have a network with our European phones.

Hale Napili exceeded beyond our expectations with its breathtaking ocean front location on Napili Bay and its awesome sunsets!  Jamie and her staff were wonderful and they along with all the other guests we met made us feel like family and right at home.  Our patio oceanfront studio was clean and decorated nicely and the grounds outside the lanai were well maintained and beautifully landscaped.  There was also a free laundry room and outdoor bbqs with picnic sitting benches looking out to the ocean. Of course everything was just a few steps from the beach making for a good nights sleep listening to the ocean waves 🌊.  I could go and on but the best way to fully describe this ultimate oceanfront location would be for you to experience first hand this one of a kind piece of heaven on earth.  My wife and I will never stay anywhere else in Maui but the Hale Napoli! 

BEYOND AMAZING!

I booked because the good judges gave this facility to the top in the area with prices still high compared to the services provided practically zero. If you arrive on Saturday or Sunday there is no reception they send you an email with room codes to open the doors and gates then if something goes wrong..... you don't know who to talk to. Then on July 4 the reception is still closed...but when they work? despite having booked well in advance I was given an apartment No.18 that borders the parking lot.... bad that there is no big noise in the area at night.

Position 8 but services absent

I spent a week at this resort site in the center of the Bay of Naples in Maui. Previously I spent 3 days at the Mauian which is next door and this is useful for comparing the two resorts. Having arrived on Sunday obviously there is no reception they wrote me an email with access codes and instructions to enter. Very well but if the room had a problem or I didn't like it I wouldn't have any interlocutor. Saturday and Sunday no reception only a gardener, July 4 still closed... The room although having booked in February was the last near the parking lot (n.18) and fortunately the noises were not annoying at night.

Amazing friendly service, great location! The rooms are so clean, comfortable, with everything you need (even hot cocoa for the little ones!). We love that this property is intimate with not too many rooms, so not a lot of traffic coming in and out. Everyone of their guest is so respectful and chill! Perfect for couples who need privacy and quietness, perfect for small families as well.
