OMG…..you might be better off sleeping on a park bench. Rooms are rented to homeless people who really jazz up the place with foul language, inconsiderate behavior and a generally offensive nature. Happily I don’t think you can book a room because the local govt has closed the place e crept to the derelicts who hang on. There is a Vietnamese restaurant on the property…still open but not a place to eat . Sorry for all the bad comments….sometime ago this was a nice place. Not anymore.

A horrific mistake

We drove 2.5 hours with a confirmation number in hand for this hotel that was booked back in July for an August weekend.  I tried the 2 days before to email & call the office to confirm everything & hope for an early check in --they never answer the phone!!
  
We get there & are told "we are not on the printed out list of guests"(uhhhhh, where is the computer??? they are that outdated !).  

When I give her the confirmation number she tells me she can't help me, my name is NOT ON THE LIST and they have no rooms available.  But the charge is sure as hell on my credit card !  I can't get a room & when I go to my car to decide my options, a stranger walks over to ask what my problem was at reservation, because she's got 2 rooms booked with no working Air Conditioners and they won't let her leave or refund her money.  

Needless to say I cancelled the c/c charge & thought the better option was to leave & not even go there.  When I left, the lady at the desk was arguing with another couple at the counter over their reservation.  
NEVER EVER GO HERE

TERRIBLE!  Just skip this hotel & keep looking elsewhere

The department of health and village police should close this place down. Extremely dirty and very sketchy. Very insecure and people hanging out in the parking lot. Service was almost non existent. Terrible! Do not stay there.

Disgusting!

. bugs all over and someone walked in at 4 in the morning i am so mad right now just thinking bout this place and the manger keeps calling so i do not leave a  bad review. and is not giving me a refund and i would only stay is i was a rat if you dont beive me go for your self. i personally think this place should get taken down.

THIS WAS BAD

The lady at the desk was so rude. The pool was dirty and there was blood where concrete was missing on the ground around pool.  Overgrown weeds growing all over plywood privacy fence. Nasty community microwave put outside on a little table. Killed 4 cockroaches and numerous carpenter ants. Smeared poop on patio. Empty beer cans all over. Room stunk like pee. Paid $200 to basically stay in a ghetto. Don’t stay here!!

DISGUSTING RIP OFF

1st room given had broken bed. We told them we wanted diff room. Next was better but theres a gap under door so I have a wash cloth stuffed in gap. Carpets filthy. Unfortunately it's a busy weekend and they were the only place available. Next time we stay home. Def not worth 300. For 2 days

So my friends and I booked the cottage which sleeps 5 for my bachelorette weekend. When I checked in i was given 2 rooms that barely slept 4. One of the rooms was not cleaned when we checked in. Looked like nether of the bathrooms were cleaned due to the fact there were long black hairs all over the shower stalls. If you walked around the floors in the rooms too long (bare in mind the floors were probably the newest thing in this motel) your clean feet after showering were black. Wifi was spotty. Cellphone service for all carriers was non existent. The woman at the front desk was the most unpleasant and rude person on 4 separate accounts. The ac units did nothing especially on the hotels weekend of the year.

Should of Paid more to stay somewhere else

Every single thing at this hotel should have to legally be improved. The front desk is disgusting and I wouldn't even attempt to drink the coffee if it actually was offered. The check out process is simply dropping your key into a bucket that is unlocked and stored approx 30 keys from previous weeks (because I know not all those ppl were at that motel that same night). Anyone could have simply gone into the box and gotten into any of the rooms. The carpets have stains everywhere, we couldn't walk barefoot. The refrigerator was disgusting and smelled. The AC didn't work. The curtain and the blinds were covered in filth. The chairs and table set were covered in stains. The bedding has hairs all over it. The shower curtain had stains/markings on it. The tub had hair in it. This motel is absolutely deplorable.

Absolutely disgusting motel that shouldn't be allowed to operate in the state of NY

I booked this motel back in June threw booking.com and called the hotel made sure everything was good after I booked , I was told yeah your good so I up there and the re-booked my room  I had the guy was very rude and got nasty w me and I called booking.com and they told me everything was valid. Tried calling the owner got told he don’t wanna be bothered with problems . So they did us a favor by booking it cause the way the office looked and smelled I wouldn’t wanna stay there .

Stay away from this dump

Booked on Expedia three months out. Call the day before we were supposed to check in to tell them we couldn't come until Friday but will keep the whole reservation (thurs-sun) so we don't lose the room. I offered to have my husband, who works in the area, to pick up the key on the normal check in day and she says (in broken English) no, just ring the bell when you get here. I say "are you sure? We won't be able to get there until late Friday." She insists to just "ring the bell." Friday comes, we drove two hours, and she basically calls me a liar that I never called and said that we didn't show so she gave our room away. Then calls the motel next door to try to get us a room for double the price. I call shenanigans! I smell a scam!
