This is a good little place. The Magnuson Hotel in Sierra Vista and the Rodeway Inn in downtown Flagstaff could learn a few things from this place. Off the beaten path you have to wonder where your navigator is taking you when you go there. Not flashy or fancy but it is clean and they keep up with the renovations and improvements. Not much to look at from the outside and it looks like a place where one of America's most wanted could be laying low but it is a nice little place.

A good little place.

A little off the beaten path but worth it. Second time I stayed here. Rooms are spacious and clean.  I have been working at the schools on the Navajo Reservation in NM for the last 9 years. My adult daughter and I decided to take a little tour. Stayed here for 2 nights. Very nice. Small world as I am originally from MN and I saw a MN license plate in the parking lot. Asked what town they said Owatonna. I asked if they knew my aunt. It turns out she was her best friend! Small world. Anyway, Havasu In is clean, affordable, Nothing fancy but I enjoyed it.

Spring Break; Tour of the South West.

Convenient to and from the London Bridge, very industrial area. Clean for the most part. Nice full sized kitchen, no pots/pans in case you were looking for that, but I didn’t expect them to have. Good size fridge too.  Friendly staff! 

Downside: no ice machine, water drizzled out of the shower, my bed was very lopsided and every time you sat down on it, it sounded it was going to break. I thought my own shirt was sweaty, but realized it was the pillow that smelled of sweat, so that was kinda gross.

Average, but adequate

I was looking for an inexpensive one night stay in Lake Havasu and found this Inn for $55. It is a 50’s type motel so if you are looking for modern this is for sure not your place. Having said that it works for a place to sleep. Had nice fridge and microwave and a new TV. Wall heater which was a bit noisy. Shower water temperature fluctuated pretty dramatically. If you can live with these things it was clean and quiet. If you are looking for a place to lay your head down this will work beyond that better look elsewhere!

Adequate

The room was much bigger than I expected. It had a full size refrigerator, a stove and a microwave, all for a low price. The only part that wasn't great was when I discovered that someone had dented my car (it was a small dent, but I had just got the car about 2 weeks prior), so that part was disappointing. However, overall we loved our stay. This Inn was very close to the lake and all shops. Very convenient. 

Room was great

The room was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. I planned for that by bringing a can of Lysol and sprayed everywhere. Otherwise, it is a really great place, and is conveniently close to the water, but far enough that you're not on the noisy main road. The room had one king sized bed (all that was available). It was more than large enough for my sister and I to sleep without touching. The a/c wasn't on when we arrived in 106 degree weather, but it quickly cooled the place down once we cranked it on. There is a full sized kitchen with a working stove, fridge, microwave oven and toaster. Everything worked. We went to the local market and got supplies. It was nice being able to have the feel of being at home and not spending tons of money eating out. The price was phenomenal for a 2 night stay. Only $122 grand total. Plus the London Bridge is here (yes the real one from England!). I had no idea it was even here or why. It's a wonderful place on the lake and definitely worth a visit. There is also no fee for parking. It's worth reading the literature provided in the room to find out the history behind why it was purchased and brought here by the town's creator, Robert P. McCulloch.

This motel has rooms equipped with a small kitchen even though there are no dishes or pots. There's also a laundry room.

Good choice

This place is very reasonable and has a full size fridge and stove, microwave and coffee maker.  The room was very clean and the front desk was friendly and even tried to loan me a computer mouse which I had forgotten.  The free wifi also worked well.  I would recommend this quiet motel for basic accommodation in the area.

Cleanest low cost accommodations in Lake Havasu City

We stayed in this hotel one night, with a king room and one with two queen beds. The room is spacious and clean, inside there is also a small kitchen with a refrigerator of normal size, big for a hotel. The only defect was there was no towel, no pots, plates or glasses, so it becomes unusable. Breakfast is not included. Gentle staff, the place is quite scattered, characteristic of the entire semi-desert area. It has no swimming pool or other outdoor amenities. For the cost there could be something more.

Great for a trip stop.

The mood was not particularly good at this time of the trip, as the day before I had to find out that Lake Havasu has absolutely nothing to do with the Havasu Falls (even if there is a hotel with that name in the area!). The Havasu Inn has huge, clean rooms and is somewhat secluded and thus quite quiet. The free Wi-Fi is fine.
