Very good value - clean and roomy- bed was great and sheets were crisp! The shower was accessible for handicap with a nice bench .  Water pressure was adequate so shower felt great.  Breakfast was available early- would stay again.

Overnight stay- passing through

Very friendly desk staff, free popcorn, I got a rose for Mother's Day, clerk came into the breakfast area and gave them to the ladies with a Happy Mother' Day greeting.  Good breakfast, however attendant was a little behind in keeping things supplied, she must have been trying to do other things.  Clean facility; room was nice, had kitchenette area, balcony overlooking pool.  Easy to get out and head toward town, but trying to make left turn out of the lot was tricky and entrance to the lot/hotel was not easy to see, almost impossible in the dark.

Convenient Location

We were a group of 11 in town for the Pub Crawl.  All we needed was a comfy bed and a hot shower and Quality Inn was actually a little better than expected.  Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the king bed rooms spacious and comfy.  Negative:  the pool area/hot tub.  There is absolutely nothing to absorb noise and as one member of our party described it, “it’s what it would be like if you dropped a pool in the middle of a Walmart.”  It was so loud you had to scream at the person sitting next to you and there were zero towels on the shelves.  The chlorine in the air irritated our eyes enough a couple of us couldn’t tolerate it.  Pool aside, there was a decent breakfast and super easy check-in and check-out.

Clean rooms, friendly staff

I’ve stayed here two different times.  It’s clean, quiet and affordable.  Checking in was quick.  The breakfast could use a couple more options.  It was a cold night for October and the heat worked great!  Would stay again.

Go To Place When Visiting The Area

We stayed here one night while in the lake of the Ozarks. They have let the facility go down hill. Our room was fairly clean but there was a musty smell in the room. The bathroom was really small and had mold. The whole facility needs a deep clean. The outside of the hotel is ran down also. The grass needs mowed parking lot is old and cracked. The indoor pool is open and was fairly nice. the pool room needs some paint and updating. The outdoor pool is out of operation. No decent breakfast because of Covid we stayed here on a Monday night and was told the breakfast employees are off on Monday & Tuesday do they offered us a bag with a pastry and fruit. No thank you. 
This hotel is not up to Choice hotel standards. It is over priced for what you get.  


Needs some TLC

My wife, in-laws, and four children stayed only one night. The webpage doe not tell you that the outside pool, the inside hot tub, and gym are not operational due to Covid. The indoor pool is operational however only 10 people allowed at a time. FYI none of the soda vending machines are working. 

One night stay

I have stayed here many times as I am a Choice Awards Members. Sometimes I pay the going rate and other times I use points to pay. I was shocked that they were asking 30000 points a night or 180 dollars a night. This is an average place... somewhat dated and no not worth the current increased rates. Sorry but no!

Is this worth the increasing rates?

If you’re used to swanky accommodations, this is not your place. It’s an older motel, refurbished. The lobby is very nice, rooms are ok. Bathroom is tiny with very little vanity space and a  very slick tub. Our room smelled musty and like ancient cigarette smoke. No wifi. HOWEVER, desk clerks were very nice and the beds were comfortable. It was clean and quiet. 
I didn’t see a lot of options for mid-price lodging in Lake Ozark area. 

They’re trying

You get what you pay for. Friendly desk and helpful. Hotel is run down. Torn curtains. Head of bedskirt very dirty. Bed fair. Sheets clean. Clean bathroom, but rundown. Asked for quiet room so they placed us very far away. We had older party with us so we couldn’t walk to breakfast and had to drive around. Only hotel available at the time. Breakfast fair to poor.


When I arrived it was 91 degrees outside.  I could hardly wait to get in the cool lobby.
 The lobby must have been 84 degrees.  When I ask man behind the desk his reply was, "The thermostat is locked and only the General Manager has a key.  He doesn't trust us.  I'm sorry but this is as cool as he will allow."
I went to my room which was also warm.  I turned on the A/C, and went into town.  When I came back  the room was cool but DAMP.  I would take off my shirt at night and the next morning it was still damp.  In four days the room was never dry.
MOLD!  The bathroom and corners of the room have black mold. 
 The next day when we returned in the evening, the sheets had not been changed.  The sink, toilet and tub had not been cleaned.  The dirty towels were taken but no clean ones were left.    I was going to call the front desk to ask for towels but the phone DIDN'T WORK!
i went down to the front desk to ask for a new phone and towels.  There is no maintenance person on at night so when the cleaning lady was done she would bring a phone.  I also asked about why we have no clean towels or wash clothes.  "We are out right now." was the reply.  WHAT???
Two hours later a new phone came and the towels.
The hot tub doesn't work.
At 10 AM I tried to get into the pool and the door wouldn't open.  Closed for maintenance.
There is a vending machine in the hall but it doesn't have one item in it!
The shower in the bathroom barely sprays enough water to get wet.
Get the idea?
The breakfast was nice.
