This hotel shows on Tripadvisor and yet as of August 2021 it hasn't operated as a hotel for months.  Tripadvisor needs to update their hotel listings.
I booked through a competitor of Tripadvisor and was stranded in Lancaster at night with almost zero availability of rooms in the area.
If Tripadvisor is listing a non-existent hotel here that hasn't operated for months, how valid are the other options on here?

this motel is back to it's original glory! the new owners literally gutted the rooms and put on a new roof and all new floors, kitchens in each room. you can tell they care about the property which is nice to see back in Lancaster. This inn is a gem. you will be very pleased with your stay. very clean and nice managers that can help with anything you need. basically a brand new motel - it's nice to return here with these new owners.

AMAZING- NEW OWNERS COMPLETELY RENOVATED

I do not like writing a negative but seriously must. Knowing I had called over 15 hotels with no luck on a Saturday I saw a vacancy sign and went in to rent a room. I have stayed at 5 star hotels the Boradmoor in Colorado Springs, Fogo Island Inn as well as Motel 6 and all types in between. I even stayed at the infamous St James Motel in New York City made famous in the movie Big with Tom Hanks(where they heard shooting but it wasn't coming from the tv) Anyway, the only room left was given to us, and  1st thing I noticed-NO PHONE IN THE ROOM. 2nd, The bathroom had a window with NO CURTAIN. The beds looked as if someone had been laying on them recently. Even by Motel 6 standards this was the worst place I have ever been. They attempted to find something to cover the window but by then  I just had to leave. Maybe that room was an exception but I think it is the norm there.

THE SUN HAS SET ON THIS ONE

We should have known that for $66/night things wouldn't be great but this is one of the worst places I've ever stayed. Very old and dirty. This is a motel where people live more than a place tourists stay for a night or two. Dingy rooms. Horribly uncomfortable beds. Cobwebs on walls. Mold in bathroom. Far from Lancaster attractions. Pictures are in no way a representation, more like false advertising. I would not recommend staying at this motel, ever.

Sketchy and old

The smell was like old oil and had to get new clothes after got home could not get the smell out of the clothes the worse hole in the wall I have ever stayed in would not even take my worse enemy to this place needs to be closed down by the health dept. We have done many travels but never we would have slept in our car

Stay away

at first i didnt want to write my review because the last time we were there was about a year ago. But when i saw the other bad reviews from other visitors. i really felt obligated for giving my review. well i only can confirm the reviews from the previous posters. The rooms are outdated. the sheets were very dirty. on top of that. the room was very smelly like someone urinated in the middle of the room. a lot of dust in the room and really i found cockroaches on the ground. The toilet was not clean at all!!! Ofcourse i went to the manager i think it was the owner. but the guy was very rude. i had the feeling he was drunk because his eyes were red and he was farting the whole time. at that time we arrived late so we couldnt find another hotel. overall a very poor place. not recommended

big stinkhole

This is the most disgusting hotel I've stayed at in forty years as a traveling photographer.  The toilet seat was broken, there was no toilet paper, the air conditioning unit had a scented fragrance blowing through which was so strong that my luggage reeked 200 miles later on a motorcycle.  The only thing it didn't have (I hope) is bed bugs.  I am calling the Lancaster Health Department tomorrow as this unscrupulous operator is filling up because the county doesn't have enough rooms.  I have complained to Priceline which is where I reserved the room.  It's hard to imagine anyone actually renting these slums out but not much to do at 9:00 pm.
