OMG! so my review on this pos. Well the picture I posted says it all but the walk through of this place was disgusting to say the least ! I stayed here when it was the super 8 so I thought ok it's cheap and fairly clean ..WRONG! it looked like the didn't clean anything when they took over and everything was damaged and dingy and dirty .. the floors everywhere u looked we're so dirty I can't believe I even laid my head down in the pillow of this bed but I was so exhausted from a long trip.as I was laying in this bed I looked over and someone was warning me.. the blanket read FULL OF BEGS 😱😱 I jumped up in disgust ! I went downstairs and demanded a refund but the desk clerk was looking at me like I was stupid .. she even offered me new sheets like that was gonna happen.u could tell these women who worked here didn't wanna get fired for giving a refund .. seemed like the owner is a man who scams everyone and is just flat out dirty that the workers were trained to scam ppl as well or they would be fired! I paid 75 and only got back 60 but I made sure I got back most of my money . I told them I had no problem calling anyone especially the health department . They would be shut down in a heartbeat! Stay far far away from this s*** hole!

The piles of trash in the parking lot are pleasant compared to the conditions inside the building. Common areas are filthy, walls yellowed. Cigarette burns in bedding and coffee table. Stained, horrible carpeting, air conditioner that barely works. 

We booked late for graduation and other places were booked, but sleeping in your car is better than this disgusting place. 

Stay far, far away!

After a long day at the Michigan football game, my mother and I showed up to this "hotel" and they told us they had no record of our reservation. It was 11pm, and they said they couldn't help us out because they were full. I was IN THE CAR when my mother called to confirm the reservation earlier that morning and can confirm from the sound of his voice and accent that the man she spoke with earlier that day was WORKING THAT NIGHT. She even let him know we'd be arriving later in the evening and they confirmed that'd be just fine. We arrived at this "hotel", and after a good 20 minutes of searching for our reservation with varying names and, most importantly, CONFIRMATION NUMBER, they blatantly lied to our faces by saying there was never a reservation placed. We drove back home 2.5 hours and monitored my mom's credit card accordingly. As predicted, they charged her! Only $25 dollars, but the amount isn't the point. After calling them to ask what on earth the charges were for, they told her it was a cancellation fee. They went so far as to LIE and say she had called to cancel the reservation earlier that day! Needless to say we are investigating all avenues on how to prosecute and SPREAD THE WORD about how ridiculous this place is. SCREW YOU, Rodeway Inn. I regret not filming our interactions and, instead of leaving that night, wish I would have refused to leave and posted up on your crappy couches in the lobby for the night instead of driving all the way home.

It is not a Super 8 as sign in highway indicates. It is misleading and the outward appearance is uninviting and you are not welcomed by staff. I would avoid hotel if at all possible. Disappointment from previous stays when it was a Super 8 hotel

Terrible

This is where we stay when we come to Lansing to visit family. We've never had a bad experience there and the rooms are clean. There is a Bob Evans right next door. Close to movies, shopping, and highway.
