What a beautiful place to stay! This place features fine art throughout. (My room had interesting cowboy paintings.)The breakfast included with the room was delicious. Lydia, who checked me in, was the soul of hospitality and helpfulness.   

An absolute gem of an inn in Las Cruces, New Mexico

This place is simply AMAZING!! The staff, Lidia, her brother and all really out did themselves. This is the most interesting old hotel, think of it as a bed and breakfast if you will. It's been in the family for almost 100 years I think I heard and it has a pride that is unmatched. We are going back on October 18th and checking out on Sunday October 22nd. ANYTIME we are near this hotel, we are staying, they treat you like family, and one visit and you shall see why. Absolutely fantastic!! Thanks again, Rick & Vicky and Andy

ONE OF THE TOP 5 BEST PLACES IN USA TO STAY, NO DOUBT!!

We and another couple stayed 1 night at this BnB Inn. Lovely furnishings, paintings, and decor. The owner, Linda, and her daughter Lydia were so very nice and helpful. The breakfast was fruit, coffee, muffins,  juice, and a freshly made croissant egg and bacon sandwich. Yummy! We would highly recommend staying at the Inn.

Wonderful stay and owner/family

My husband, our dog and I had a wonderful time at Lundeen Inn of the Arts. It is such a beautiful place, filled with art, laughter and love. We enjoyed listening to Linda's infinite stories about her fascinating life and learning about the artists whose work fills her home and her long marriage to Jerry and her pride in her children. Her daughter, Lydia, prepared a delicious breakfast of croissant sandwiches with green chili sauce. The Colombian coffee was 
great and we were given yummy muffins for the road. Linda's recommendation for dinner the night before at the Double Eagle led us to perfect margaritas and outstanding "naked" chili rellenos. All in all, a unique and totally satisfying experience!

Highest recommendation for comfort and hospitality at a beautiful and unique place to stay in Las Cruces. We'll be back!

I stayed here while passing through las cruces and so glad I did. If you are the type that wants brand new everything and want to be anonymous this prob isn’t your place (this is a bed and breakfast not an impersonal hotel chain) but the artwork and the grounds and just the whole vibe were so lovely and the owner Linda was super kind. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, coffee and breakfast were really good. Will stay there again if I’m ever in the area!

Great unique stay!

Ten lifelong friends rented the entire Inn.  Linda and Lydia could not have been more gracious and gave us a wonderful experience of being together.  Great simple breakfast, very comfy beds. Linda is a delightful hostess with many stories to share and Lydia took care of our every need and request.  The art is so lovely and there are many comfy areas of the Inn to explore and enjoy.  Highly recommend for small groups.


Great small group place

Linda Lundeen, hostess and lady of the home is a warm and welcoming ever chatting, colorful woman. The home is large and is filled with art and much memories. However it is in a sad state and desperately needs much rehabilitation. Our bed was lumpy, the blinds fell off the door with a broken lock. We were offered warm water, and the sewer smell was overwhelming. The garden has been unattended for a long time , cleaning and paint is needed everywhere. The family is lovely, breakfast was good but wished for a nicer environment.

My wife and I stayed at the Lundeen Inn of the Arts on July 17th, 2022.  Our one regret is that our travel schedule didn't permit us to stay there more than one night, as one night was not enough to fully appreciate this unique B&B.  The Inn is an historical structure, and now serves to provide both exceptional lodging as well as a huge collection of local artists' works.  The rooms are all different, each with its one unique theme.  The highlight of any stay, though, has to be Linda Lundeen, the owner and hostess.  Linda is an incredible conversationalist, and she captivates with her fascinating stories about the history of the Inn, its various guests over the years, and her own life.  Looking forward to publication (this year, I hope!) of the book she has written about the Inn of the Arts.  Linda and her daughter Lydia make you feel like treasured friends.  This place is a hidden gem in Las Cruces!

Don't Miss This Fascinating B&B!

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Lundeen Inn of the Arts.  The restored classic building is filled with amazing art works, antique furniture and delightful gardens .  The owner Linda and her daughter Lydia made sure our stay was perfect. Delicious breakfast served each morning.  Conversations with Linda and the other guests were enjoyable and fascinating.  This is a truly unique and wonderful inn.

Charming Inn in LasCruces

This was our first stay but it won’t be our last. What a hidden gem. We felt like we were the personal house guests of the owner she is so attentive and caring. The hotel is filled with art and antiques and heirloom photos. Every room is different and we were invited to walk around and look in every corner. We had a home cooked breakfast in the garden filled with birds. What a start to the holiday.
