The dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. Elevators very dirty, luggage carts filthy. Stayed several weeks by necessity. Front desk staff very nice but too many of them and not enough housekeeping staff. Floors always dirty, glass front dirty. Hallways smelled of smoke. Cleaned only every 2 weeks. Quite a few homeless staying there. It could be a nice place if cleaned DAILY and attention paid to common areas, get new luggage carts, WASH floors. Hire more housekeeping staff or it will continue to go downhill.

Avoid if a Long Stay

Not much positive to add. The room was halfway decent, but that's where the positive ends.

Dont let the picture fool you.  The hallways, elevator and entrance were in seriously bad shape and smelled. There was trash lying around in the Elevator. There were no dishes silverware or even a cup to handle a hot beverage (not even a paper one). Upon request for a single paper cup, the front desk was not able to accommodate, which was made more painful by the fact that there was no breakfast. The train was too loud and kept me up at night. If not for the train, the highway sounds would have kept me up. The people cooking food on an open car engine in the parking lot with a boom box playing was hard to digest. Also, there is no store less than a mile away.

Avoid!!! If I could have I would have moved.

A friend stayed here a while back and did not have issues and it was clean, so while in between places we chose this location thinking it would be great. For the most part the staff was always friendly to us but when it came to anything else this place needs a lot of help and better Management. Right after checking in a side door broke and was never fixed, the back door never fully locked so just anyone can get in which made us very uneasy. We had drunk people all over the place and even had them get in our face, nothing is done about it. We were usable to sleep because of the extreme noise and when we told the front desk nothing was done. there are so many people trashing the property and smoking inside the building and it does not seem like Management cares at all. I needed a plunger and I waited over an hour and still nothing so i bought my own. When i got back from buying my own the maintenance man was still outside smoking and hanging out with guest. I was just not happy and I felt like some not all of staff was very rude and they dont care.

Not a good stay

There was a situation to where a simple disagreement turned into the cops being called on me and my family to get put out of this hotel. Prior to this situation we had no complaints and didnt break any rulesThe manager Brandi Wilmurth was very unprofessional and rude about the entire situation. She called police to throw my family out on. The streets because i told her she didnt have to be so rude. The police was going to do so before i told them we had paid up to the end of the week and had no money to go anywhere unless they gave us our money back.

I speak to Rich almost every monday we have guys that stay with you all for work ou there. He has been amazing great customer service and has helped me with anything and everything i need. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

Great Customer Service

This is a depressing place to stay.  Yes, the rates are cheap, but you get what you pay for.  Horrible internet, thin walls, no amenities whatsoever, no dishes or utensils in the room.  They are available "for purchase".  I've stayed at other extended stay places that at least had a few bowls, plates and silverware.  Not this place.  I had major problems with the wifi access here, and after two different calls and 48 minutes on the phone, they basically blamed my computer.  (So then why didn't my phone work on it either?)

I'm giving it two stars because the rate was so cheap, so that's worth something, but if you can afford an exta $15 or $20/night, there are much better places to stay nearby.

Only if you are desperate

Clean room, friendly staff but was a little surprised that 2 of us stayed for 3 nights and they only supplied 2 towels, and it is an extended stay so no daily room touch up.  Also, no coffee pot/coffee, I guess I just realized I am not a fan of these types of hotels.  There was a man about 45-50 I think he was maintenance,  very friendly and helpful, they hallways and laundry area are very clean and pleasantly scented. We would probably stay here again, the price is right we will just remember that we need to bring a couple extra towels.

Bare minimums

If you are in town for an extended stay and your company is not paying for you (loved one in hospital, funeral, job hunting, in between houses, etc), this is a good value. Was here for a week and noticed mostly workers (contractors, etc) staying here, some retirees, few vacationers. The rooms include a kitchette (fridge, stove, microwave), but no utensils, plates/bowls, cooking equipment, coffee maker. You can rent all these items for $30 from front desk (unsure if charge is per stay or per week). Room provides towels (2 per person) and 2 rolls of toilet paper, no soap or shampoo/conditioner. Bed mattress is a full size (not queen), quite thin, but not uncomfortable. Noise from upstairs (walking) is an issue (recommend staying on top floor), but minimal noise from hallway. AC/heater can be quite loud. There is also a vent in each bathroom (no matter what floor it seems) that flaps during heavy wind and can be quite noisy overnight. Housekeeping every Wednesday (you cannot refuse service as they also insect for damages). Towel/linen change is $7 per week (be sure to fix with front desk at check in if you do not want this change to avoid charge). No printing of boarding passes. Close to Aldi's and many restaurants, about 5 minutes drive from entrance to I-35.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Would stay here again if needed an extended stay on the cheap.

Cheapest cost for extended stay, no frills

For an extended stay this place is better than any other I've stayed at. Rooms are very clean, any problem you have the staff addresses it very promptly. I wasn't sure how to get assistance while the office is closed. I called the after hours number and the lady who answered was very pleasant, she even walked me back to my room to make sure I had no other concerns. I will DEFINITELY be back. Thanks Dannii and staff for making my stay pleasurable.

Staying At An Extended Stay

We booked two rooms after looking the hotel up online (on their direct website) We booked the rooms a month in advance, when we arrived we had to call for someone to come to the front desk, there was a phone on the wall with directions, like a prison call. When the lady finally came and opened the door, she was very confused and admitted to not being properly trained. It took about 30 mins to complete the check in process even though we had confirmed reservations. I literally had to use my phone to calculate the nightly rate for her. After that long process, we finally got to the rooms.  The photos are grossly misleading, when you walk into the room it looks like a dorm. There are dated pictures hanging above the beds, one of our rooms even had a dead bug smashed in the glass of the picture. In our other room, there was a stained pillow and it reeked of cigarette smoke. There are only three small overhead lights in each room. The one room's microwave and A/C unit worked only intermittently. We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies right away just to make the hotel rooms tolerable. You are only allotted 2 towels and 2 washcloths, no matter how many people are staying in the room. If you need clean towels, you have to wait until the front desk is open and take your dirty ones down to them and exchange them. The front desk is only open specific hours and if you need anything after hours, you are charged $10 for a service call... even for a roll of toilet paper. There is free WiFi, but you can only have three devices per room. There is no closets, only a wire rack to hang some stuff up on. You have to take your own trash out to the back of the parking lot. We have stayed at several extended stay places in the past, but never with these oddities. The only thing I can say was we got a good rate on the room, but you get what you pay for... even that being said, I'm still not sure it was worth the money.
