They do not have WiFi as they say, they do not do daily housecleaning.  Only checked out rooms get house cleaning.  I took my own trash out and had to ask for towels continually.  I requested a partial refund for services not rendered and did not get that.  They suck  I was just taken over by a new owner and they do not know what they are doing.  They should have had everything lined out before taking on customers.  Also the only thing they could accept was cash.  No credit/debit card ability.  My advice is to stay away from them.  If you want a hotel with comparable pricing try Motel M a little further down the road.

Stay Away from this Place

I used a discount site to reserve the room and it worked out fine. The check-in was easy and the room access was great. The room was big enough, the bed comfortable, there was, wifi, cable  and they had coffee in the room.  I'd stay there because again cost was that real.

Fine for the money

So its been a couple years since ive been here. It was decent last time, so i thought id use it again. Big NO. first of all, i was charged 130$ for one night after taxes. Insanity. Especially since the place was so worn down. A lot had changed in the years since id been there last. It wasnt updated at all. Wallpaper hanging off everywhere, some places it didnt exist. Bathroom was clean but commode was weird to flush, you have to hold it down for what seems like forever. The room was clean, definitely nothing special. Luckily it was layover midday room, so we werent staying there for more than about 8 hours. Check in was easy, we got there around 8am, check out was just as easy, left around 4pm. All in all, just based on the price and the room condition alone, i wouldnt do this hotel again.

Quick stop

Room was clean, actually the housekeeper was inside cleaning it when we got there so we went to walmart to kill time. For just a layover room, it was decent. We weren’t planning to spend an insane amount of time there. It was clean, the beds were clean, it didn’t smell. It wasn’t 5star by any means, but we weren’t going to be there long anyway before we were on to the next destination. No bugs, which is a big thing to me. 

Decent 

We just stayed a night here after the WV fair. The beds are not comfortable at all. We wore shoes in the shower, just Incase. outdated, some lights didn’t work. The toilet didn’t flush unless we took the tank lid off and pulled the plunger up. Room had a funny smell even though it was non smoking. Front fest woman wasn’t very friendly. No fan in the bathroom. The plug in at the sink didn’t work either.

Nope

Late at night, needed a hotel and nothing seemed safe in area so we found this motel, unfortunately.  Coupon book does not work for 3 people.  Way over priced for disgusting hotel.  The room was horrible.  Sheets seemed clean but pillows ancient and should be in garbage.  Kleenex "empty" box in place. Spills on nightstand (not sure what was).  Coffee spills on bathroom counter sink area.  No shampoo.  Old worn out towels smelled of karosene. No hairdryer.  No hot water in shower (actually only cold water handle worked).  Hair in sink.  Afraid to sleep but exhausted so slept in our clothing.  Three bug bites on me in the very early morning.  Found bug crawling in our bed.  We left this place in a hurry!!!  I wish I could have read the warnings ahead of time!!!

Disgusting!

Very nice clean mom pap motel.  The lady at the desk was so sweet generous kind very helpful she even offered us delicious Indian food.  Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Nice location will definitely stay here again.

Clean Motel

We stopped at the Welcome Center and picked up a book with coupons.  We always do this and most the time it works out fine.  This coupon said $54.99 + tax.  Feb 1 - April 30, 2019.  My husband went in and he said they wouldn't take the coupon and it was $75.00 before he added in our puppy.  Plus it was cash only but if you used a credit card there was a 2 or 3 $ surcharge.  Okay but how did the room go from 55.00 to 75.00?  And if they put the coupon in the book, shouldn't they honor it.  There was maybe 3 other people there and it was late afternoon. The coupon said spectacular view of the mountains, it was in a busy part of town. My husband told him no way and we headed down the road.  After reading the other reviews I'm really glad we didn't stay there.  BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

Trying to overcharge

The owner lives there behind the check in counter, he is extremely disrespectful and aggressive. Extra fees were added when I got there. The owner tried adding on an extra $45 per person. None of his prices are listed, “I can charge you whatever I want” is actually what he told me. I asked if I could just have my money back but he said no, and then threatened to kick me out and charge us double. I was the only person there THE ONLY PERSON STAYING AT THIS PLACE.. When we got into the room it was maybe 20*f inside. No heat was turned on, and the room was sketchy looking. I ended up not sleeping at all, two of my friends slept in the car, I chilled on my phone for four hours and then we left. Ended up not going back to stay the second night, we rather have drove all the way back to NC after staying up for 48hrs (skiing for 12 of them) then to go back and risk the possibility of the owner trying to screw us out of anymore money.

DONT. STAY. HERE..

worst place I have ever been too!  We participated in a youth tournament and needed a large number of rooms. Our original reservation at another hotel was canceled in error so this was the only place available and we soon found out why. We paid for 10 rooms in advance after getting quoted for the number of rooms and people we had. Upon arrival each family for each room had to check in and was each charged additional for the kids which was already supposed to be covered. Then one room had bed bugs, one room no heat which he said this was not a five star hotel so we could go buy a space heater if we wanted. Then on day two one family was called asking how many people they had because it looked like they had too much stuff in their room for the just the three they said were staying. The owners live on site and hover over you the whole time. we knew the ratings were low so we didn’t expect five star hotel but the rooms were beyond dirty with cigarette holes in the comforters, stains in carpet and strange smells. We talked with others staying there and all said the same thing about how they were treated. Never have I experienced such horrible situation with a hotel. this place needs to be shut down or cleaned up and new management. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!  the price is not worth the hassle you get from the owners!
