We had to re-route our trip to Great Falls, MT.  Luckily the Yogo Hotel had a room that we could use for the night!  We had originally made reservations at a local motel, but were advised against staying there.   Wana at the front desk was lovely and answered all of our crazy questions even though it was close to ten at night.  The room was large and comfy.  Alexander also was very friendly the next day at the front desk.  Overall, we enjoyed our stay and wish we could have explored the quaint town of Lewistown longer.

Re-route to comfort

My husband called the Yogo Inn directly, and spoke with a very polite & professional young man, Alexander.  A reservation was made and we arrived at the front desk, shortly thereafter.  Alexander greeted us with enthusiasm & got us checked in expeditiously.  He also recommended a restaurant close by, where we dined on the most delicious meals—it was exactly what we were looking for. 

Our room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed & a variety of pillow options.  We experienced a great night’s sleep.  

Upon checkout the following morning, we were introduced to Karen, working the front desk.  She is personality, plus!!  We were in need of information for transportation options to the local airport.  Karen went above & beyond to assist us in securing a ride.  We can’t THANK her enough.

Our Yogo Inn experience ended with an interaction with employee Randy.  He’s a hospitable local that made a wonderful impression.  

The Yogo Inn experience offers genuine kindness, warmth, simplicity.  We truly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel Hospitality at its Best

We stayed here on our way across the state. The hotel is old and some of the areas could use a renovation, but our room was very nice and new. Comfortable beds and pillows, and soft fluffy towels. The restaurant was good and the staff were friendly. It is definitely not a cookie cutter hotel, which I like. It has its own unique feel. I would definitely stay here again!

Older hotel with character

I first off with like to thank the Yogo for their hospitality and friendliness.  I recently had my mothers memorial there and couldn't have asked for better venue.  I worked with Sabrina from the start and she was very accommodating.  Great communication and answered all questions I had in a timely manner.  She went above and beyond taking by being their personally assuring everything went smooth.  The space was updated, clean and we were all very satisfied with the service provided.  There were details I did not think of that she helped me with and additionally was accommodated some last minute changes we had.   I can thank Sabrina and her team enough for the service provided.

As far as the hotel goes we had no complaints there either.  We had a bunch of family coming into town and they were able to block rooms off for us at a group rate.  The rooms were remodeled and cleanly.   The restaurant food was excellent.  The pool was great and offered awesome spot to burn some energy off for the kids.   My only complaint is I didn't have more time to stay longer and check out more of the town.  Thanks again to Sabrina and the rest of the staff for a great stay.

Family trip and Memorial

Noah customer service is fantastic! I asked for the wrong room and he sorted it out for me! I can't tell you how welcoming the Yogo Inn is you have to experience it for yourself. Everything was very clean, from the pool area to the room!

Customer Service can keep you coming back!

The rooms are nice and the staff is amazing, especially the guy that works the desk during the day.   Everyone though works to accommodate needs.  And I am not sure why they want 200 worf minimum for these reviews when it csn ne said in less.   :-)

Nice stay

Great room.  Cool, plenty of room for everything, you could walk right out to the pool.  Front desk people were very pleasant and helpful.  Great parking and easy in and out of the motel.  It was easy to find, easy to get to from main street and easy to navigate inside.

Staying In Lewistown.

Mary G was a doll. She was very helpful and sweet checking us in late at night. She helped us move to a new room when the a/c didn't work in the first one. She was very quick to respond and make the situation right. She provided a toothbrush and was managing the phone at the same time. 

Good job Mary!! 

We had a pleasant breakfast experience in the cafe as well. Maybe skip the lemon juice in the mickey mouse pancakes from now on. Other than that our stay was A ok!

Sweet Mary G

The Yogo Inn was clean, well run and the employees went above and beyond to make our stay there fantastic. There was a mix up with our room and 4 of us were put into a room with 1 king bed. The hotel was completely full, and they spent over an hour rearranging everyone so we could have a room with 2 beds. Every single person we encountered was friendly, smiling and happy even though they clearly don't have enough staff (like everyone). I highly recommend staying at the Yogo Inn when you visit Lewistown, Montana.

Amazing customer service!

I've stayed here many times while I was growing up, as I have family in the area. I recently stayed with my new husband while we visited family. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable,  the staff was excellent and genuinely eager to make our stay enjoyable.  Price was also very comparable to others in the area, and as this is a local business, it was an easy choice to make! We will be staying there again!
