After booking through hoteltonight an app. We arrived to them letting us know they no longer are partnering with them. They did “conveniently” have one room available and it was a king room with a view. There was no offer or any “we are sorry” just an oh well.  Not wanting to drive the 8 hours home after driving all day we took it. Spending double then what the app told us. On top of that front desk wasn’t properly wear mask, hotel smelled like funky, we had a third floor room and the carpet was wet in spots. Now I understand it’s Covid and breakfast isn’t allowed however their to go breakfast items were granola bars and single pop tarts with a sign that said take no more then two! 
There are other nicer hotels near by!

Just Don’t

Me and my friends had a room booked for one night and when we arrived we had to check In across the street, we then got to our room and noticed it was not the room that we had saw and paid for on the website, the phones don’t work. The bathroom door was broken and there were stains on the bed. We also noticed the pillows had a terrible Oder and the balcony was closed for maintenance. I tried to call the next day because we had forgotten something there, they never answered and I called multiple times. We had a terrible experience here and will never go back.

WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

Long story short this hotel was well below all expectations we had. The “beach view” is actually a view of the roof, freeway, and parking lot, with some view of water in the distance. They clearly paid well for a good photographer, the rooms were dingy, ugly and nothing like the photos. 

Upon booking, it said online that the room included air conditioning, but it didn’t (they did refund some for this mishap), plus they mixed up and put us in a Romeo and Juliet balcony when we specifically asked for a full porch, PLUS they neglected to let us know that our porch would be inaccessible due to repairs being made, which should have been mentioned when I specifically asked for a full porch. Due to there being no air conditioning, we slept with the sliding door open, which was terrible because you could hear the highway traffic all night long. 

The fitted sheet didn’t stay on a single corner of the bed, the outlet was half covered by the bed leaving it unusable, we had to unplug a lamp to charge our phones. There was no fan in the bathroom at all. 

Basically everything about this place was bad. We booked a night at another hotel after checking out of this one and we were so happy we did. Lesson learned, comfort, quality, and convenience is everything.

Don’t stay here

Nice lil place to stay. Loved the ocean view. Place needs a lot of TLC. Internet wonky.Apparently new owner got it 6 months ago. These kinks should of been worked out by now... Major issue. Place looked clean, but def dirty and def not up to health code for covid sanitation protocols. Tables in my rooms were sticky and greasy. You could tell they have not had a proper cleaning in some time if ever...

I was very unsatisfied with my family's stay at Ocean Breeze in Lincoln City Oregon. Upon getting checked in my children had been excited to look off the balcony at the ocean.  We then were leaving to get dinner and I had to shut the sliding door.  When I did, I was darn near knocked to the floor from the glass chandelier falling from the ceiling onto my head. It cut me and I had the worst headache possible.  Upon reporting this to the front desk  I was told I would receive a refund. Yet I was still charged the full amount.

The motel was clean, the staff were friendly and super helpful. 
Its right across the street from the beach access and Kyllos restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to anyone going to the coast. 

Great place!

Although the hotel is literally 20 years outdated,  the road noise deafening, the scenery through the power lines is not too bad.

Your room will smell like old Chinese food and dirty bodies, but it is a cheap place to crash if you're planning on heading out for everything but sleeping

Exceeded our expectations

The Lincoln Inn immediately adjacent bought this hotel, so they closed the lobby, and they use the Lincoln lobby. Breakfast is in the Lincoln too. Parking is under the Ocean Breeze (covered, a tad spooky at night). Ocean view or lake view. Some ocean units have walk out patios some just window and bars. Hotel is old, so you have old elevator (not interior, just walk in off the street kind), old carpeting, older tv. But, our unit had a brand new super fine shower unit, beds were very comfy, mini fridge, microwave, ante-room for closet, outside loo sink, low to ground toilet, very few residents when we're there, like 2 or 3 to the entire floor, so quiet. Oh, phone, clock, also. The bad: No table. Cush chair. Pole lamp and one on night stand. Horrible for reading or working. Wi-fi was speedy. People courteous. Chinese food on lot (sort of) and bbq in back within walking. Ocean across the street, nice park. You can hear road noise, a bit. Tap key security. 24 hour desk next door. If you waive room clean you get free certif for cheesecake or drink at a restaurant in town. brkfst is eggs, sausage, you make em waffles, oj, muffins, coffee. I had no problem with clean, but the age of the carpet makes it feel not clean. In room coffee.Perfectly adequate except for desk/table/chair issue. Weird to have desk next door but you get used to it. We've stayed in both hotels, like the Lincoln better, but this one has potential if they can paint the elevator, replace carpets, add working place like desk and chair.

Well, it's different!

The property had just changed hands so had to check in at lobby across the street.  Had two rooms booked one rm was for 2 nights and the other was for 1 asked for them to be close together.one was on the corner and the other was over half way down the other end.breakfast was in the lobby across the street from our room.there was no phone in the room so if we needed anything had to use my cell or walk over to the other lobby.asked for sheets for the bed and had to go get them from the front desk because day person forgot to tell housekeeping about the request.

Horrible service

Small but accommodating hotel. Good place to stay if you’re going on a quick trip like we were. It’s close to a few good places to eat and stores are also a quick drive away. Doesn’t have any of the fancy stuff other hotels have but it’s still very comfortable
