Perfect location!! We got a couple of ocean view units to celebrate our parents 65th anniversary. We love this area of the coast. We were able to check in early and decorate the unit with flowers, balloons and wine.?Only wish we were staying longer!

Wonderful and relaxing

Great place...We booked a night at what we thought was the Best Room and we arrived Steve upgraded us to now our Favorite Room We will be back..  Great Customer Service,, Very Clean units And the View Is fantastic as well

Check in was quick and easy and friendly. The condo was even better than it was described online. Fully furnished with very nice furniture, dishes and glassware. The view was superb. We couldn’t of asked for anything more. The only negative was the indoor swimming pool, it was kind of dark n dank with no character. Some chairs and tables and greenery would brighten up the otherwise dull pool area.

Great Condo, Location and Furnishings

We are 3 friends who came to visit the ocean for a relaxing 4 nights. We stayed in unit #27 on the 3rd floor. There were 3 beds available: a queen in the bedroom, sofa sleeper and Murphy beds in the living room.  The first thing I want to rave about is the view! Right on the beach’s edge. With the slider open a bit at night the fresh air and sound of the waves lulled us off to sleep. The second thing I will rave about is the cleanliness of the unit upon check-in. 
There are a couple things that weren’t perfect. The sofa sleeper is very uncomfortable but the other beds were fine. We also had neighbors on both sides of us who were together and constantly walked across our portion of the balcony to visit each other. Back and forth, back and forth at all hours of the day. There are no dividers on the balcony between the units and normally that would be no problem, but we found it impolite that they kept walking past us whether we were sitting on the balcony or not. 
I would definitely stay here again. The value and the location on the quieter south end of town can’t be beat.

Beautiful quiet on ocean.

We booked an ocean view room and what we got was a room that you had to go out on a shared balcony and look over a couple of buildings to get a glimpse of the ocean.  The unit in general was dingy.  The carpets were stained, bathroom was tiny and out dated, the appliances and decor are from the 60's and did not function properly, the walls are paper thin as you can hear normal conversation in the room next door.  When there was someone at the front desk they were not helpful in any way.  I wish I could say something positive but all in all this was the worst hotel/condo that we have ever stayed in.

Not all rooms look like the pictures.

My husband and I stayed here about 5 years ago and needed a get away after not being able to travel due to Covid.  I chose this place because it is a 1 bedroom condo.  He likes to go to bed early I I like to stay up late it's nice that I can stay up and not bother him.  I also like the fact that they have a full kitchen, so we brought our own food and was able to cook for ourselves  and remain safe.  I did enjoy the changes they have made to keep us safe and someone always answered when I needed something from the front desk.  The view is just breath-taking and we enjoyed the picnic tables they have on the grassy lawn.  My husband says that this is the only place he wants to stay at from now on and we met a really nice couple that also only likes to stay there.  My only complaint and i know that the house keepers are already having to do so much extra cleaning, but the grout and shower door in the bathroom was moldy and also under the fixtures there were also moldy.  I only noticed because I like to take baths.  I carry sanitizer wipes and just cleaned it myself.  We still love this place and are planning another trip for our anniversary to stay there!

This is the spot!

We stayed in Suite 31 which is a courtyard facing room so you can't see the ocean, however it was a very cute little place! The bedroom was pretty small but the living room was plenty big enough! The kitchen was pretty small as well, but has all the basic kitchen appliances including a coffee pot, toaster, oven with a stove top, and a full size fridge with a freezer. I would definitely recommend this place for a couples getaway if your looking for a cute cheap place to stay! Overall the room was great and we will be returning!

Unit 31-Cozy Suite

Condos have a great view overlooking the ocean. Each unit is different and individually owned. We recently stayed in a first floor unit with limited kitchen supplies, so be sure to bring your own knives, and anything you consider essential for cooking. The furniture was very dated which wasn’t a big deal. 
But the video on the small TV went in and out, the internet was unreliable and the unit could use a remodel. If you’re looking for an ocean view and access to the beach this is a great spot. Just don’t expect too much in the way of amenities....

Great view

We stayed in suite 4, and the description on the website needs to be updated because those were definitely not new recliners... 

The ocean view was perfect. Don’t expect much privacy on the 1st floor however.. we had random children walking across our patio many times and a couple people smoking at the fence (technically 10 ft away per the rules, but we still had to shut the sliding door because of the smoke.) The steep flight of stairs beach (private) access was a convenient few steps away. 

We just spent a night in unit 38 and we wont be returning. From the moment we entered we should've turned around and ran. Nats, dirty mattresses, smelly linens, shower was scary the list goes on. Avoid by all means.
