Modern decor, great location, friendly staff.
What was bad
Given the price of the rooms and their self proclaimed luxury designation, they do very little to accommodate any guest request or pay very little effort in service recovery.
I was plagued by construction noise during my stay. They would accommodate a late checkout or even wanted to hold my luggage after checkout so that I could have lunch nearby.
Very disappointed!
