We loved our stay here at Riverview. They have done many improvements since we stayed here 3 yrs ago. The park is very clean and well maintained, the WiFi is so much better then it use to be and we had no issues with water pressure. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The management from what I'm told is new  and they have really made this a nice park, kudos to the new manager! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Wonderful Time

This park is great! We have been here 3 times and each time things improve. Love the river, campfire rings at your site and on the weekends they have wonderful bands for your enjoyment. You can tell the staff is very committed to making your stay pleasant!

2 babes and a brew

We had a great time staying at this park! The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The park itself is beautiful and well maintained, facilities are very clean. They escort you to your site, they even deliver firewood and ice to your site for you! We had a blast and I can't wait to come back! I highly recommend coming to this park for an enjoyable relaxing vacation!

Great time

NIce park, we had a super spot near the owner's house, no one behind or next to us.
Only negative grass was never mowed near our front door and I did mention it
and they could use more washers/dryers for the size of the park

STaff was great, location super, everyone nice as could be. Stayed here in a 37' motor home towing a car..Would definitelycome back.

absolutely LOVED this area

It's cheap. Let's start there. About $40/day for water, trash, 50 amp and sewer. The sites are level and generously long. We fit our 34' rig and F350 in grill-to-tongue with room to spare. The sites are such that neighbors will have doors facing one another which is about all I can complain about. There are lots of long-term and permanent residents here but it's otherwise quiet, out of the way and I feel worth the money. They also have a dog park with sand for the pups. Propane is easy to find and the front office staff are quite helpful. 

The river does smell like sewage. When we arrived, Loveland was getting 20+ mph winds daily. Didn't smell the river at all. But once it was down to 5mph breezes, you could almost taste it the smell was so strong. Even room sprays in the rig couldn't keep the smell at bay. Thankfully, our stay is almost complete. 

Would I return? Yep. But I'd try to stay closer to the front of the park where the smell isn't so intense. The back lot is pretty pungent.

Not a bad place to stay if your expectations aren't too high.

I booked the tiny house with sun room to relax with my 3 year old twins. The park had a lot of families who were nice. The staff was very nice when I had an issue with my key. The park was really decent for my kids. 

The tiny house is so comfortable. My kids climbing all over the lofts. If anything could’ve made this trip better, it would’ve been better wi-Fi but my cell signal was strong enough.

Quiet and family oriented

easy check in, bathrooms at office were clean.  Sites are very close, seems to be more long term than short term folks.  Quiet park we pd over $60/night to get full hook up by river  River noise is always a plus.  internet was non existent with very few channels.

Close sites!

Our first time at this park. Check in was great. Site was just ok. LOTS of sand and dust most days. Good shade at our location #32. The sites along the river are back in only. Water pressure varied the entire 7 days we stayed. Mostly low pressure mornings and nights. Bathrooms were clean but women’s group building had non working paper towel dispenser. Overall, if the west side of the park where many permanent residents are living was cleaned up, this park would be fine. Internet was very weak but worked.  Office personnel were nice and it was stocked with many many things. Would we stay here again?  Maybe…..

Riverview RV park in July 2023

Came in an hour early.  Never had a problem anywhere if space is available. Spot was empty. There was a fee for early check-in. I refused to pay and had to leave park until 2 pm. No sitting 
In side and waiting. Fine. Came back checked in and had no desire to go back into office. I guess its a thing in this area no early check-in. Park was reasonably priced. Certainly not as nice as others but i came to visit the park not the rv park. Seriously though this early check-in could be a bit more reasonable. No maids to change linens in an RV spot.. I asked what their tolerance was and not even 15 mins early! There is a difference in taking advantage by several hours or waiting until the spot is empty.  Just a thought for management. RMNP was great.

Early check on and rocky mountain national park conflict

We come here yearly but unfortunately we think this will be our last.  We loved it before the big flood but since then it has just gone down hill.  There’s too many permanent residents and it’s become trashy and looks like a trailer park.  A lot of nice rigs used to come here and now it’s a lower class crowd and junky campers because that’s what it attracts.  It’s too bad because this place has a lot of potential!! Their water hookups are horrid down in a ‘pit’ with frogs galore and spiders.  Pleasant to stick your hand down there!  They used to have a game room and now it’s a yoga studio mmmkay….. just not for us anymore!
