The worst place to be at.From rude staff to dirty bathroom,It's a package of negativity from all aspects.Dirty carpets,stained tiles,odor,torn sheets with stains,bugs and many more.Room cleaning is every other day which means you don't get to see a tidy and clean room after a long day.Office check in area is filthy and smells.I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place at all.Safety violation and health hazard to the max and not worth even a penny.I wonder how such places are never inspected or is it whom you know kind of thing where things go unnoticed. Please please do not even think about staying at this place.

Horrible! Do not rent here! Roaches everywhere & no smoke detector !  The smell was horrible. I had my small Children with me and Management didn't want to Refund! I know is a cheap hotel, but I know at least they should have good customer service. 
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!

Worst motel ever!!

We booked a room here for our visit to Universal Studios. We are generally pretty laid back people and only really need some place clean and safe to rest our heads. After a wonderfully exhausting day at the park, we arrived only to be stunned by the absolute hell-hole that is this motel. 

The outside was a little dirty and in a questionable part of town, the front desk people were your average mom-n-pop types. They gave a us a no smoking room on the first floor midway to the back. We pulled in and where giggling a little at the car next to ours. It appeared to be a traveling ophthamologist type. 

The first thing that struck us was the absence of any type of decor at all. Felt kind of like a prison cell.  There were many patch marks on the wall in varying degree of age that had never been painted over, there were tiles broken on the floor, mold around the tub and an odd odor. The towels where filthy, you could see where someone set a bucket down on it. When we pulled back the sheets we discovered a bunch of nasty stains on the sheets. Disgusting HUGE stains, I took a pic and went to the front desk to request clean sheets. The night manager was complient enough to our request. 

When he arrived, I showed him the dirty towels and asked him to replace those as well. While he went to procure more towels, I set about fixing the bed. Hot Dang if these sheets werent worse!!! Then to my abject horror, I saw a bedbug in the "Clean" sheet!!! I was done at this point. I requested a refund. They refunded the money without batting an eye.

Only once in 30 years of extensive travel have I ever had a worse experience!! That says a lot since I also do a lot of camping!

Beware of BEDBUGS!

This was clearly not a place I'd choose if I knew the area, but since my buddie's girl dropped us off here, we were ignorant to the horrors that awaited. In the military we have liberty(free-time) buddies we have to take to go off base; anyhow, it was late and my "buddy" wanted to stay in L.A. to see his girl the next day so we were dropped off here. As we approached the window at aprox. 0100 am, we were welcomed with the sinister eyes of a raspy voiced Indian lady, she and the entire booth to pay smelled like a stale ash tray in a bowling alley. I told her we'd like a room and went to hand her my card and she ripped the card out of my hand as if I inconvenienced her with my business; eager to rid of us, she handed me the card and the room key without welcoming us or acknowleding the fact we were doing business with the Budget Inn. I pushed the rooms door open, and lone behold there were scuffs on the walls, stained curtains and carpet, smelly sheets, but this was just the beginning of sorrows. I had to use the bathroom horribly, and when I took a leap of faith and entered, there was an old crustified turd smear on the toilet seat, I did a double take. Then this "Inn" became crafty and thought it would place a DIY sky window by neglecting to fix a gaping hole in the ceiling,  that looked as if it were torn up by a sledge hammer weilding gangster. I've slept more comfortably and secure in third world countries, not to mention the outdoors. I can only imagine the shameful affairs and carnal desires of cheap hookups induced by a pill deals and meth; the thought of the grungy euphoria and foul aroma low lifes experienced here repulsed the feeling of well being during my stay.

I'd rather sleep in a tent.

Arrived for a late check in on a rainy night had to stand outside in the rain to check in. Stood at the window for nearly a minute while the rude guy behind the window finished sending his text.. Receive the key and had my card charged while I read the no refund policy taped to the window. Requested a non smoking room ,immediately upon opening the door was hit with the smell of smoke and dirty carpet. Entered the bathroom found cigarette butts and tobacco in the toilet. Flush the toilet it was plugged. picked up the room phone to call the office the phone had no cord Since the room was only a few doors from the office walked back and reported the plugged toilet to the guy at the desk his reply was simply OK! Checked out the next morning at 630am,the toilet was still plugged no one ever came to address the problem. I would under no circumstance  stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.. . .
