Super budget friendly, very polite staff. Do not disturb request was respected. Clean room and restroom, AC worked like a charm. Had cartoons for our baby, hangers and lots of drawer space for our clothes. Clean mini fridge and microwave. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to family and or friends. Nice furniture and bedding. No lamps or sofa / sofa chair. Really admired the lighting though, pool right outside the door. The box spring was a bit loud. We stayed here with our toddler. No breakfast but there’s refreshments and no vending machines. Ice machine and fast food restaurant in walking distance. No toilet lid, low bath tub, leaky shower head. No lotion provided | only mini bar soap and shampoo conditioner packet. Thankfully we brought our own comforter; they do not provide one. 

Love it here. Just enough, not too much

This place is wonderful. Clean and excellent air conditioning. The staff and owner are the best. I would stay here over any other hotel. They were quick to tell me if there is anything I need to ask....

Exactly as the title says, good motel with no frills. Staff here that I met are friendly and I had no problems. Stayed here one night and it's a great place for the money. Got a clean room at a great price. Breakfast is packaged danishes and coffee as in the pic. Fiance said the pool was good too. Only problem is can be a little noisy on the front side because it is right on the road. The great thing though is it is walking distance of several restaurants and a gas station. I would definitely stay here again.

Good no frills motel

We stayed here with my Mom and sister while traveling to the Smokies. My mother had tired and we needed to stop and this was convenient. The room was clean and very comfortable. For the price this was a very nice surprise! I would stay here again.

Good place for the low rate

If all you want is a clean place to lay your head and grab a shower, this basic family-owned motel will serve that purpose very well. 

The owners and staff are friendly and have a good sense of humor! 

Don’t expect 5-star accommodations for what you pay to stay here. While they do offer an outdoor pool area that is very welcoming the rooms are very basic yet clean (and I was in a non-smoking room that did not smell like an ashtray at all). 

The parking lot is pretty tight for anything bigger than a small moving truck with a car dolly in tow. If you are driving anything larger than that or a semi tractor without a trailer attached you should book a room elsewhere. 

It Serves A Basic Purpose Very Well...

Low average price for the area. Grounds and rooms clean. Fridge and microwave in room. However, questionable linens… one pillow case had a black stain which at first glance I thought was mascara. (Could or could not have been but stained linens need to go!!!) Then, the fabric bath mat was damp and stained which I reported to management (a definite yuck). Overall it was decent for a late stop, one night stay IF housekeeping steps it up a notch!!!

Has Room to Improve

The location was a bit further than expected because it was about 5 mikes off the 40 highway. The room was clean, just outdated. The bathroom was clean, but very outdated with an unsturdy toilet.
Overall, it's a decent stay and go inn.

Decent for price

The room was ok... bed was squeaky but ok... bathroom could have been cleaner... no bugs and decent for money 71.00 for a night...  shower was amazing  with great water pressure. The lady last night when we checked in was super nice and sweet.  Very helpful

Headed home

The front desk is nice and the room looks clean, but they didn't provide a quilt to customers, they just provide cover sheet, treat the cover sheet as a quilt?? luckily we went there is in summer time, I don't know if they will provide a real quilt to customers in non-summer time? but even in summer time, for a standard normal motel/hotel, there should be quilt for people, not just a thin cover sheet. We book a room of 4, but there are only 2 sets of towels, and some of them are very dirty, it looks like the towel has just been used to wipe a dirty floor, how can this such dirty towers being placed in a room for customers to use? the front desk lady said they have a new service maid, but I don't think they should just put the blame on the new service maid (which may be an excuse), you as a owner should inspect it. Anyway, she is willing to change another clean (looks clean) one to me. The bath tub didn't have a hand rail, which is a safety issue although they have mat against slippery. For the shower, only half of the water run out from the shower head, not enough water. They have an outdoor pool, it looks clean but we didn't try it out.

The man in the office was amazing. Very friendly, and curious. But the room seemed very damp and smelled very musty. Even the carpet and guest towels felt damp. The back of the toilet and toilet lid was COVERED in piss. And my daughter, grand-daughter, and myself had all used the toilet before noticing it. I was very upsetting for me.That was very disgusting. I can put up with the moisture problem they are having. But not sitting in someone else's urine was beyond acceptable. I said nothing to the clerk, because he was so nice. They really need to train the employees how to clean right.
