Staff was friendly and very helpful with providing information about our hotel stay. Staff engaged with my family gave compliments. Our room was cozy kids love sleeping on the sofa bed. They also enjoyed the breakfast.

I come here often and I have no complaints, price is always reasonable and the night Clerk Shandricka is always helpful and friendly.I will definitely be returning and recommend to my friends and family.

Satisfied customer

Had a great experience staying at this property with my family four. Rooms were clean, service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable adn the bathrooms were nice and clean.Highly Recommend!

Great Stay, Would Recommend

Terrible! Extremely bad odor in rooms, moisture everywhere, rusted refrigerator, out dated, housekeeping that beats on the door and then yells at each other through corridor to have a conversation! Poor place to stay! Save your money and go somewhere else!

Don’t do it

Check out is at 11am, a housekeeper knocked on the door at 1020, and said we had 4mins to checkout or there would be a late fee charge. I told the owner/manager at the front desk and the housekeeper denied it

Rude and lying housekeepers

Completely disappointed in this place, it was so dirty. 
There were no trash bags in neither of the trash cans. The bathroom floor was sticky. The bathtub was dirty, I couldn't even use it. There was blood on the bedspread. The air conditioner unit was filthy. The bed skirt had a thick layer of dust on it. 
This Super 8 invests in nice light fixtures when they need to invest in good housekeepers. Cost me $70, never again. The hotel right next to this (Comfort Suites?), the parking lot was packed. The parking lot at this place, not so much. If I had been paying attention I would've noticed that before I checked in, but there is a level that I've come to expect from the Super 8 chain, and this one missed the mark by a mile. The employees are very nice, the lady switched me to another room but guess what that one was dirty too. Never again. We know Super 8 isn't the ritz ok, but they're always clean. Not this time. All Super 8's are not created equal, I learned!

Very dirty!

Room was large and clean.    The employees helpful and friendly.   The parking lot was well lit and quiet.   The continental breakfast was ok.   More fruit would have been a good add, only had apples.   The price was a bit high for a budget motel.   Probably will stay again next time through.   

Nice place

The room was dirty and the rug had a large stain on it.  One of the bathroom walls had been painted red.  The red paint wa all over the bathtub.  The toilet was used and not cleaned.  I would not stay there again.

Overnight stay

The front desk staff there is amazing and super helpful, however the property is falling apart and dirty. The first room the A/C was broken so moved to next room and the a/c worked, but flooded the carpet which was so dirty it turned out feet black. There were chips on the chair and dirty rags behind the bathroom door like housekeeping forgot halfway through to finish the room and the drapes didn't close all the way so you had to push the table up against them to keep them closed and the tv didn't work, all static, and the remote was dead. Again the staff was great on Christmas Eve, but there's just not much you can do with such a poorly maintained run down property
