Don't stay here this place had roaches crawling everywhere, they refused to give me my money back, I only received my deposit 🤦‍♀️ I'll never stay here again!!! If you stay make sure you fumigate your bely before going home!!!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel.   The room was $100.  And when we got into it immediately you could tell that it was not cleaned properly.  THE TOWELS WERE USED.  THERE WAS PUBIC HAIR IN THE MINI FRIDGE. DIRT IN THE BATHTUB AND ALL OVER THE FLOOR.  BLACK SMUDGES ON THE TOWELS TINY BUGS CRAWLING ALL OVET THE BATHROOM COUNTER.  THE DUST WAS SO CAKED YOU COULD WRITE YOUR NAME ON THE FURNITURE.  WE ALSO FOUND HAIR IN THE BED.  I TOOK PICTURES.  AND TRIED TO GO GET OUT MONEY BACK.  BUT BC THE ROOM HAD BEEN RENTED FOR ALMOST 2 hours.  He refused.  We tied to explain to him that we had walked to the game room accross the street. And had not spent more then 20 min in the room.  I eventually had to settle for 20$ back out of my 100$. Plus my $20 deposit which I was already getting back in the morning anyway.  He also tried to tell me that the pictures I took of the room. We’re not of that room. But refused to go with me to look.  And refused to give me the contact information of the manager or owners.  I’m warning you.  Stay at your own risk.  For a room to look like this during COVID.  It’s unacceptable.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Great place and a great staff. Nice clean rooms. Great location. I love to go back and stay again. Great service. New rooms. Good price to compare surrounding motels.
We stayed there once this is the motel we want to stay when we go to Lubbock

This property is just okay.  We had to book last minute while on a cross-country road trip.  We booked a non-smoking room and we got smoking because they said they were overbooked.  (This is the fault of Choice and not the individual hotel).  Room was not in great condition.  Parts were dirty.  Stayed during rain and parking lot had major drainage issues so our shoes were soaked getting to and from our car.  Price paid was way more than what it was worth but this was expected because of Texas Tech football going on during the weekend we were there.

Just okay

The hotel room was terrible.  One of the wall lamps next to the bed was broken in half.  The top was just dangling by the power cord.  However, of the two lamps next to the bed, it was THE ONLY ONE that worked.  The floor lamp had NO LAMP SHADE...just a light bulb.  The towels were stained with pink and purple ink ( I hope that's what it was!).  There we no  cups, etc in the room.  The floor had stains all over.  The AC did work OK...but none of the knobs actually did anything.  Thankfully whoever broke them at least broke them in a position that still allowed it to deliver cold air.  I didn't even chance getting in the shower.  The continental breakfast was 2 kinds of cereal,  some bread, hard sweet-rolls, coffee, and OJ.  I have stayed in hundreds, if not thousands, of hotel rooms throughout my life and career.  This hotel was the ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT.  But,on the positive side, the staff was very pleasant.  It bothers me to leave such a negative review.  But, I feel that I must to save other travelers this experience.

Undeniably the WORST HOTEL I have EVER stayed in

For $62, very clean & nice.  The bathtub was spotless with a leaning back.  The management cheerfully walked up to help us open our door.  Towels were older, but clean.  Right off interstate 27 - offers a typical continental breakfast.

Clean & quiet

If you want value for you stay this is the place to go
The rooms are nice, clean and roomy
Not a lot of frills but the value is SUPER 
The location is a quick jump off and on the major freeway system in Lubbock
