My partner and I came during school holidays to see the leaves and autumnal landscapes - this was our favourite hotel we stayed at! When we drove up we instantly knew we made the right choice - the rooms were super clean and cosy. I slept like an absolute dream!

The innkeeper Cindie was so lush and lovely and recommended a few places to eat and visit. Every morning we'd stop in for a cuppa and chat and she was so lush! One night we even sat out at the campfire with Cindie and her husband who were such nice company. 

We will surely be back come summer holidays xxx

The room was extremely clean and organized. I appreciated the text messages checking in with us to be sure everything was up to par . The inns keeper was very friendly and welcoming , the coffee bar was delightful.

Excellent , Clean , welcoming 

Such a cute, quiet place! Everything worked great, even though the TV was small and placed in an odd spot in the room. The bed was a little small for two people to share and not the most comfortable bed we slept in, but we really enjoyed our stay. It was also a seamless, contactless check-in which was really nice, and parking was right in front.

Friendly front desk service and coffee! The room was clean and comfortable. The electric fireplace was a plus on a foggy day. There was also a pool and fire pit on the premises but we didn’t get to use them. 

Great place to stay

Had an amazing stay at the Starlight Lodge! My sister was staying at the Inn at Starlight Lodge prior to her wedding so we and many other family members stayed at the Starlight Lodge. The Innkeeper Cindy was so sweet, helpful and incredibly easy to work with! She also makes an amazing breakfast, if you stay there I highly recommend you try the sweet and salty breakfast sandwich, you won't be disappointed! The Starlight Lodge was very clean, the rooms spacious and a great location to local restaurants and sights. The firepit on property was such a nice amenity to sit at and relax on a cool fall night after a busy day. It was great that they are dog friendly as our dog was traveling with us as well as part of the wedding party! We will 100% be staying here again the next time we visit. We can't wait to return.

Great location

My son is taking a film course at Maine Media. What an amazing place and Rockport is just beautiful. I was lucky enough to stay at the Starlight Lodge. Cindy and Earle make this lovely motel special. You feel like family. It is really well managed, spotless. Gorgeous pool and Cindy’s breakfasts and local Maine toasted coffee… sublime. They even have gas fired bbqs and the fire pit is really welcoming on cool evenings. 

Cute Rockport Lodge

Cindy and Earle took such good care of us. And our room was super clean (thanks Brittney!). Innkeeper Cindy is so friendly and so helpful, she gives great advice on local places to eat, things to do, etc. 
Rooms are pleasant, we do wish the parking lot was paved, it would be such an improvement to the gravel. Otherwise we always enjoy coming here.

Loved our Maine weekend at Starlight Lodge

We had a king room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. 
The staff was friendly and helpful. They kept us well supplied with linens. WiFi service was excellent. The room had a microwave and small refrigerator, but no coffee pot. Coffee was available until 11 am. in the office.
This Lodge was originally designed as a car park for travelers, so it lended itself to short stays. The room we had did not have a closet/armoire/dresser for storage. There was really no storage for our almost 2 week stay. The room had one large chair (which my husband used as his "closet"), and a tall stool against the wall which was useless and uncomfortable. It was very cramped. There was no table with chairs.  Other rooms at the lodge were equipped with tables, chairs, and some storage furniture.  We did have a small outdoor area with a coffee table and 2 chairs that the other rooms did not have but it rained nuch of te time we were at the Lodge.
As a short stay venue, it works well.

Good location for coastal touring

We had a great time thanks to Cindy & Earle. Be sure to visit the office for the best cup of coffee ever, also sold there from Carrabasset coffee. Cindy is very knowledgeable, informative and can help you explore the area, including bookstores. Super clean. We will stay there again when we go to Maine.
