We just stayed at this condo for a week. It was very nice. People are very friendly. The condo was comfortable, clean and homey. Beautifully maintained condo. The jacuzzi and sauna is great. My kids had a great time.

Great place to stay!!!

Stayed in room 69 unit was excellent, parking was easy, anything you needed was in close walking distance.  Made reservations over phone office staff was very helpful and polite.  We were checking in after office hours and our key with instructions were made easily accessible.

Checking out Mammoth Lake Area

My family had a wonderful stay at this complex and condominium #1.The unit is obviously someones pride and joy and the beautiful art and furnishings exemplify it.The unit is beautifully laid out with large flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms and each are fully equipped with Tivo and their own sound systems.Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and there is a third bathroom off the living room which is close to the upstairs loft which also has its own full service vanity.This loft is huge with a queen and two twin beds.Everyone had their own area to shower and get going in the morning and for an early departure of fun on the mountain.I can't emphasize how fantastic this was for us as a group.This place is big and has 4 balconies,one which is just off the living room filled with wood,so adding logs to the fire was super easy.Great lighting thru-out made our evenings with the glow of the wood burning Lopi stove nights to remember.The property has two Jacuzzi's,a pool and walk-in sauna as well.We walked to everything from this unit,never having to get in the car once! The shuttle literally picks you up across the street! We will definitely be back to Unit #1 next year! Thank you Sierra Park Villas!

Terriffic Experiance at Sierra Park Villas Unit #1

We LOVE Sierra Park Villas! You could not ask for a better location!  Walk to everything.    Each unit is owned separately though so some are real nice / updated and others not.  We stayed there many times through the years but unit P 73 is by far the BEST!  Grant kitchen, baths etc... End unit with 3 floors, 3 bedrooms plus two baths / showers (although it says 2bedrooms and loft).  We booked it through Mammoth Reservations Bureau but best to go direct to owner at: 310-995-7517 nice guy and he gives you a nice discount.     

Mammoth place to stay

The location is very good, a five minute walk from the Von's shopping Center and multiple restaurants.  Also, you can take Meridian to the Eagle Lodge ski life at Mammoth resort to get access to the entire mountain.

The unit itself is a little tired, but very clean and serviceable, and had most everything you might need for a short or extended stay.  There was heavy snow when we were there, and management was out keeping the pathways and doorways clear, and were very responsive to any requests.

Convenient and Well Managed

We stayed in Unit #1 and was super impressed. Beautifully remodeled kitchen and perfectly laid out living room with expansive views of natural topography. The artwork on the walls all lit with dedicated lighting and dimmer switches made for really cool nighttime dining all set off by a wood burning stove that you can gaze into while watching TV or listening to the great sound system this unit had. What's even better is that 1 of it's 4 balconies overlook Old Mammoth Road and the Trolley line, (which picks you up across the street) and all the mountain life that is so interesting to watch. Our parking spots were directly in front of the condo. which you can see from this balcony so moving in and out was a breeze. This unit also has a private bathroom for each bedroom as well as one in the living room which made our trip really enjoyable. The loft was HUGE and laid out nicely. Short walk to the Pool, Jacuzzi, and Sauna made this unit really stand out as many of them overlook this area which can get noisy. We loved this complex....and especially this Unit #1 !

This condo. had beautifull decor and location!

we went foe a four day stay the unit we 65 set in the back with parking just outside the door it was a 1 room loft but I have to say it was very bib the 1 room is more like 2 rooms they are divided by walls go figure there was a queen room and 1 with bunk beds a twin and full bed also 2 couches down stairs with hide a beds 2 flat screen TV's and a bluray player a pellet burning wood stove and a good size kitchen well equipped, its located in old Monmouth close to food and stores walking distance there are 2 bbq pits by the pool that has a sauna and 2 hot tubs. 5 min drive to the village. the blues and brew fest was going on and several other events as always. over all I would go here again.
