We stayed at the cutest condo in mammoth lakes. The location was great, walked right to canyon lodge. The place was SUPER clean and bright and warm. Especially not being used to the cold.

Roserio, at the front desk was great with our booking. She was professional and courteous. She made our check in process super fast and friendly.

Housekeepers had that condo cleaned spotless before we even arrived. 

The unit was well stocked. It looked like it was newly remodeled and whoever installed flooring did a fabulous job. (My husband installs flooring and so be notice these things)

Awesome condo! Newly remodeled

My first trip to Mammoth Lakes and I loved the area and also loved this condo!  It was so cute and cozy and looked exactly like the photos...no surprises with the unit itself.  There were plenty of beds + plus a sleeper sofa so this place could easily sleep up to 9 if needed although there were only 2 of us + dog.  The condo itself was well stocked with plenty of kitchen suppliers, cleaning supplies,  towels,  movies etc etc etc.  The only thing we needed to buy were groceries.  Also, the wifi was pretty good in this unit.   MSRC does a pretty good explaining that the wifi may be unstable.  It went up and down a little each day but overall it was good.

My suggestion to people looking to reserve a unit here is to; 1)  go to the MSRC site and rent directly through them  mammothres dot com   Pictures of all of the units available to rent are on the site.  Each unit is individually owned so they are all going to be different on the inside...some nice and maybe some not so nice but no need for a surprises when there are photos of each unit.  

One other thing to note about this particular unit was that there are a lot of indoor stairs to climb to get to it.  Not a huge deal for me but that may be an issue for some.  Also the complex itself is on a hill that may be difficult to navigate in the winter.  

I loved it here so much that I booked another trip in 2 months and reserved the same unit!  :)

Loved Staying in G 64

Reserved on booking.com, directly from MSRC. The location seemed pleasant, however problems started right away.
The check-in packet picked up from lockbox had wrong key in it (a key to a smaller unit). We called the office and there was no answer, even during office hours. We had to physically walk back to the office and use the emergency phone.
The unit had not been cleaned/prepared properly: the general cleanliness (floors) left some to be desired, there was a dirty toothbrush in the bathroom and the dishwasher had not been unloaded. At night we realized that the unit was infested with moths.
The nest morning we spoke with the reservation office and were told that moths were normal in Mammoth (sic) and there was nothing to do. Eventually they agree to refund the remaining nights and we left. Still, we paid $471 (including the cleaning fee) for one night in this place. 
Extremely slow Wifi.
Not recommended.

Not a pleasant stay

Very clean, beautiful location, jacuzzi and recreation room were perfect for our evenings. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.  Close to Canyon Lodge and The Village. Would definitely recommend this.

Vacation

The location gets 5 stars.  We stayed here in the winter and found the steep driveway a bit of a challenge.  It's a walk across the parking lot to the lodge which has been remodeled to include escalators now (nice).  We ate there mostly but the kitchen was handy for breakfast and an easy supper if we didn't feel like going out.  Our unit was clean but really just OK.  Friends has a nicer unit so it's probably luck of the draw.

JUST OK

I've stayed here multiple times, always in the summer (so I can't speak to what it's like in the winter). It's a primo location - a few minutes walk to canyon lodge and a 15-20 minute walk down to the village. It's at the top of a hill so may be harder to walk to it then from, but the trolley has a stop right in front.

Has a great pool area (with bbqs and tables & chairs), two indoor jacuzzi's, various other BBQ spots on property and depending on where your room is, amazing views.

Unit sizes differ, I've stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath, which is plenty big for 4-5 adults. Highly recommend staying here, lots of great summer time amenities and you can't beat the location.

Great in summertime

Very comfortable and close to almost everything.  Full kitchen and spacious bedrooms.
Common area very nice, feels like your in a cabin in the woods.  Jacuzzi and pool was a pleasant surprise.  I like how close to the ski slopes these condos are.

Close to everything

I love that place, in the summer you can swim laps out side and be under 1000 to 13,00 ft peaks... In spring ski all morning play tennis in afternoon!! The staff is nice and if someone in your party is in a wheelchair it is completely accessible, nice indoor lap pool aswell..

GREAT gym and pool, great outdoor lap pool for summer and nice locker room!!!

We rented this condo for spring break for some spring skiing what we got was 4' of fresh powder. The condo has garages so with so much snow this was the best deal! The condo is on the 1st floor and dog friendly so the convenience was so perfect. You walk into a kitchen/living/full bath with Balcony then downstairs is a master bedroom with bath access and then a very large 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, bunk beds, 2 closets and table with 4 chairs. Tv's in each bedroom as well as upstairs.  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. The view from the upstairs is the mountain and the sunrise can be spectacular! They have a hot tub one building over and another near the office along with a bbq and movie to borrow. The location to the Canyon Lodge you could not ask for anything closer.
