went there to stay an fish and it was a excellent pklace to stay was going there for years now it is all torn down hope to see something the same hpe the family is doing well they were always friendly to all there guest dispite all the negitive reviews they will be sadly missed ladder man

We were actually pleasantly surprised when we entered the facility.  This place is nothing special.  Definitely NOT a five star.  However, we only needed a clean place to stay.  Our purpose of the trip was to go fishing during the week and didn't need anything elegant.  The place was clean and provided what we needed for the week.  I would suggest that you bring your own dishes and pot and pans as what they have is old and very limited.

We were in the Keys to fish.

The place seems to be abandoned.The bungalows, the tables and the outdoor chairs are in poor condition. The room we had for one night had no table or chair and was very demanding. The air conditioning was hellish and was located right next to the bed.

It's a series of rooms in a sluggish facility, with no reception or control, rooms quite small, bad bathroom, no beach or even breakfast. you save only the little pool but nothing more. As if it wasn't enough they only ask after booking an extra fee of 20 dollars (only they do..mah) absolutely FREE.

I strongly recommend this place. It's very dirty in the studios, the sheets too, the dishes there were insect eggs probably the shrimp because we saw them full in the kitchenette.

We found this place back from Key West, we found it as the only place available for booking at a price of $150.00. A real one is really theft! It's true that in a motel you don't have to have many claims, but here we're talking about a sluggish facility, where cleaning is a mirage or a dream of another time. Check-in must be done by 10:00 p.m. because otherwise even if you've already booked and paid, you might find it closed. We spent a night at INCUBO! the only positive note we found the next morning, which is the beautiful place where this ugly facility is not worth staying.

This property has a beautiful website to book, sold on various hotel booking sites, unfortunately not only is it closed but also in poor condition, the bungalow is failing, the reception is not there and the beach is very poorly maintained.

HONEY the word is weak - dead insects on the ground - the water from the pool of a doubtful yellow - an abandoned establishment and a more than excessive price - it is curious that online tenants credit this establishment by letting it appear online

We had booked a night in this hotel arrived late in the day person at the hotel reception at the dirty abandonment we waited a long time and the night falling we went to sleep in another hotel for the time impossible to get refunded the room the amount of which was charged before our arrival the claim is in the hands of the tenant booking we think to file a complaint

Hi, we spent one night in this resort... BEH definitely the worst night in all of Florida we've ever traveled!! Not all clean towels, noisy air conditioning, dirty sheets (we slept over the sheets and literally dressed the pillows with our shirts so we didn't put on our faces) but the most unbearable thing was the smell of the room's fries... nauseating! the room actually has, besides the bed and the bathroom, an open kitchen area.
