Some people stay there until they can find Permanent residence to live and they keep going up on rent while they have a infestation of roaches that's bad for business and customer service . The people can't save up to get another place for having to pay for their expenses for roach spray and higher rent

Bad experience 

Were here for a wedding  we checked in late there was a litle wait because the clerk locked herself out of the hotel but over all it was ok. Rooms were comfortable..No hot breakfast  or housekeeping. Stayed Across from KSU.. there are lots if places to eat in the area

One of the nicer extended stay hotel

Room was decent,  quick response from front desk when we asked for more towels,  close drive to SunTrust Park.  But...very rude staff member when myself and another gentleman asked them to refill the coffee at 9:20 am.

Not bad

This property is a great place for people just needing to get back on there feet. Everyone sometimes go through issues in life and the staff here, understands and actually care. I would recommend this property to anyway in need so a place too reside for awhile. 

Friendly Staff and Great for someone just needing help.

I relocated to Georgia from up North and was looking for an Extended Stay in the Marietta area since that was the city I chose to live in. I came across this place and decided to give it a try. They were reasonable in pricing. The room I was given was filthy. The bathroom had stains on the walls, The shower looked like it had never been washed, The toilet was gross! The bed sheets were even worse! They were yellow stained and the comforter smelled of cigarette smoke. I took it down to their laundry facility myself and washed it twice before sleeping on it. I also went to the nearby Dollar Tree to get cleaning supplies. I had no other choice seeing as I had already paid for a month stay and they don't give refunds! I addressed my concerns, I was pretty much told it would be taken care of so I could just get out of the office. You can hear everything through the walls! You can smell marijuana throughout the entire hotel grounds. People hang outside of their rooms like its the projects! They beg for rides, money, cigarettes, etc. Oh yeah and cops come around randomly with a dog sniffing for drugs! They bang on doors and shine light on u after waking u out of ur sleep. It is very unsafe and filthy! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Especially if you have kids!

RUN!!

I recieved calls during all hours of the night asking me to confirm my credit card information. After refusing many times the caller continued to harass. After threatning to call the police the caller said "They arent going to do anything for you". Afterwards I hear pacing and whispering in front of my door. I call 911 and they would not send a unit because there is no immediate emergency and advise me to leave the hotel when safe. 
Long story short I stay up til dawn, cut my loses and left that god forsaken, SCUM filled, SORRY EXCUSE FOR A HOTEL called the Metro Extended stay. Take your money elsewhere.
