Worst hotel ever no lights are on ever. Nobody answers the phone. Rooms are horrible. Drugs are a big problem here. It looks like a junk yard in back. Nothing is up to code plumbing and electric. Worst place ever. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Not for kids that’s for sure. Needs new mangement I would rather pay more than stay here. It’s straight out of a horror movie. New owners are in order and mangement I don’t know how they can get away with not being up to code.

Worst place ever

This hotel is not a fisherman or family friendly hotel. Loud music, cars coming and going, doors slamming and couples arguing until 4 in the morning several nights of my week long stay. Trash, bolts and broken toys in boat parking lot. This used to be such a nice hotel with the perfect setup for parking and charging boats. It is such a shame it has turned into a place I will never stay and would not recommend to anyone.

I Do Not Recommend

Live near by. Horrible place. No upkeep. Drug dealers standing around all day selling their goods. If that's your thing ( meth and heroine ) then this is the place for you. If not much better places to stay in town or in Menominee.  I recommend the American in menominee. Nice indoor pool and clean rooms. People say good on the price but roach motels are supposed to be cheap.

Never never stay there!!!! Worst motel ever ever since new managers Sarah and her dyke friend took over!!! I worked 12 hour shifts at night so had to sleep during day they would come pounding on door not knock but pound and need to come in to check room every day. That was rude. Other manager let you vape in the room so I was never told not to and the last day I was there she told me I got caught vaping and had to pay $250 not right!!! I could have been warned!!!! They would literally come pounding on door at 10 in the morning and again at 1 pm for mail. Plus I never got charged a week for having a caged ferret and all of a sudden they charged me an extra 50 dollars a week on my rent  the worst ever I will never ever go back. Plus very noisy the window would rattle because it needed to be fixed and the screen door wouldn't shut  they said they would fix it and they never did yet.

What a night mare

I am a contractor from out of town working at the shipyard my contract is for least two years
Unfortunately I could only handle one night they just got new managers think one name was derrick his so Called wife and believe her friend who is the actual owner of that place I have talked to locals no one knows I did see on a sght called linked h its a dave koener  something like that I says has picnic area ok one grill no picnic area the area for your barbecue is a joke the tub when you showered drained so slow and other residents had same problem the water when you first turn it on is rust color half the the time no one is in office neighbors screen door was broke and had a windy night door was slamming open they the. Managers are the rudest people one poor girl worked nights they purposely would knock I take that back pound on her door I was three doors away I could hear plain
 As day noise there everytime a semi went by my window rattled carpet was filthy had new white socks I wore them on the carpet o nice and the bottom of them were  black made me sick big drug problems i  Think management is on drugs. Went few hundred feet down the road Budget inn much much better so hotel stayers beware. Stay the heck away from the marinette inn it also takes weeks to get stuff done there

Contractor

Worst stay of our life we have been here two weeks no heat found out it wasn't even connected. No power in kitchen as of the smoring bathroom sink is clogged. I am not happy. The owners really need to help this place im demanding our money back.

Cabin

I stayed one night that was enough noise you could hear a guy and girl fight drugs.The manager herself is on meth one guy always bugged people  he and room stunk he. Smoked in his  room honestly don't think he used toilet I think owners need to come and do something was the worst night in a hotel  ever had will never stay there again especially if that guy is still there and they say under new management  obviously owners don't live near if one gut can smoke in his room every one should be able to very very disgusted person two door bells not a one works I will never stay again and does anyone know who even owns the place because maybe they should get there

 Worse motel in 47 years of travel. Did reservation on line, Should have figured it out when it had snowed 5 days ago  sidewalk  still not shoveled  packed down . slippery to walk on. The room was not as shown- quite old, vents on wall heater had not been cleaned  in a long  time so the  dirt was blowing right into your room.  One bath towel for two people, one wash cloth, the electric outlet on bathroom wall to plug your dryer or whatever was not operable. No coffee maker as advertised, no cups of any kind so when brushing our teeth we had no cups to rinse out our mouths, one of the  towels was totally stained with bleach - looked like you'd use it to clean your car. The bathtub had hair longer than a nite crawler in it and obviously missed- disgusting. Three pillows for a king bed, all very mushy , still had summer bedspread on top -very light  with no other cover other than a light sheet,  this is winter. To top things off the office had two buzzers to get the people to come from upstairs- well neither buzzers work- had to open the office door, walk around the check in counter and go up the stairs an open the private entrance to get someones attention- the gal told me the buzzers don't work, How are you suppose to get help! Gave us a second room- no better  They offered a free room for a later stay. The whole time neither person wore a Covid mask, yet they had a clearly  posted sign on their door saying masks were required. NEVER NEVER NEVER STAY HERE!

Never never never never

The room I stayed in was clean.  Dan, the manager was very kind and accommodating with my needs.  The house cleaning person Trish was very good and whenever I needed clean towels etc they were right there.  During my stay I needed to use both the air conditioning and the heat and both worked fine.  I enjoyed having a chair outside my room so I could sit and relax.  I traveled from Illinois.  Overall my stay at the Marienette Inn was pleasant.

I had a great stay while I was visiting family in Mariennette WI and Menominee Mi.

Beds were terrible. Curtains, chair and rugs all had holes in them. Couldn't get the handle on the bathtub pipe to lift up so no shower. Could hear neighbors all night so had to wear earplugs. This place needs a lot of help.
