I was looking to book a room for Monday, April 16, 2018 the night before I was having surgery. I was having tests done Monday before surgery and was figuring out traveling arrangements with family members.  Plus, a blizzard happened that weekend and wanted to make sure I could get to the hospital.    The problem - I needed to be at the hospital at 5:45am, 15 minutes before the taxi service opened.   After calling several hotels inquiring about shuttle service with no luck, the Park Motel owner offered to drive me to the hospital in the morning!   I couldn't believe the offer.  

I checked in on Monday and found the room, clean, quiet, and very comfortable.   The price couldn't be beat either.   The kind woman called me at 5:00am to make sure I was up and as promised, she drove me to the hospital by 5:30am.   I couldn't believe my luck.  

I would highly recommend the Park Motel and I thank them for making a stressful situation a bit less stressful!

Great stay, kind people!

This is an old motel that continues to be very well kept up. (Have stayed here before.)  Stayed 2 nights.  The room (#34) was large and clean and quiet.  The beds were comfortable.  Everything that we used was in working condition.   (Did not use WiFi or heating/cooling.)  There were no strange odors.  There were adequate surfaces to put luggage & an area to hang clothes.  Vanity area was small but adequate. Lighting was okay.  There was space for parking in front of the room.  We had a slight problem with the door lock, but management was readily available to help.  Although no breakfast is offered and there was no coffee maker in the room, for the price & cleanliness, we prefer Park Motel to other motels in Marshfield.  Wildwood Park and the water park are right next door.

Clean, well-kept motel, good value

My wife and I stayed here on a Friday night. Older motel. Doors open to outside. The room was spotless. Bathroom/shower was like new. Nice, ceramic new shower with HOT water. The room smelled stale.But the bed linens were clean. Everything was functional, except the TV or remote. Owner said she would check, but it still didn't work. No breakfast, but coffee was available. Room is very dark, needs to be lightened up. 
There were several vehicles in the parking lot that looked like they have been there a long time or were long term residents. I would stay here again because of the price point.

It was ok...could be better.

We loved our one night stay at the Park Motel. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. Our room was clean and bigger than expected. The beds were comfy and we appreciated that our room came with a fold out couch. The room had the basics: fridge, coffee maker, microwave. It's also a nice location. The free Wildwood Zoo is right next door. There are no frills like a pool or a breakfast, but if you can be without those things, take a chance on the Park Motel.

Unique & awesome!

Clean room and quiet.  Good shower pressure, hair dryer and ample towels. Decent tv and wifi.  No coffee but went to Kitchen Table for breakfast and was good.  Would stay again.  Bed was a bit too soft for my liking.

No frills but clean!

Staff was very friendly, price is great!  Room was clean, AC worked well, and bed was comfortable.  Room had a microwave, fridge, & hair dryer.  Good location, plenty of dining options nearby & the city pool is right next door.  Property is very well maintained.  Will stay again next time we travel to Marshfield.

Clean & Comfortable

We were in Marshfield for a family event. Our room was clean, comfortable, convenient, and had a great price. We had a fridge, wifi, and the room was surprisingly big. Coffee in the lobby. Will stay there again.

Very good!

Just wanted a clean decent room for an overnights stay.  This hotel is a bit out of town, but perfect.  Can park right outside your room and it was clean and had comfortable beds.  Well worth the price for a quick stay.

Clean Nice Room

This is a nice clean motel that is conveniently located to the city pool. They have WiFi, fridges and microwaves. The owners are good people who try to help with your needs. Ice machine and morning coffee in the office.
