The building appeared to be under construction on one side when I arrived. There was furniture and construction equipment everywhere. After checking into the lobby, I walked up unsteady looking stairs to the second floor on the opposite side of the building. The door didn't look as if it would securely lock, the air conditioner appeared to be partially pulled out and half-used cigarettes were everywhere. Upon entering the room, there were stains on the comforters, exposed outlets, extra appliances sitting unplugged and unknown substances on the well worn dresser and side table. Though it appeared they had replaced the flooring, it didn't appear to be taken care of. I immediately asked for and was granted a refund and left for another hotel several miles away. Not at all acceptable conditions.

Unacceptable Conditions

Open liquor bottles in the lobby!! The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever experienced!!! Absolutely disgusting. Everything was tore up. We got a refund and went somewhere else. Soon as we got there we knew our family wasn’t staying there. Their pictures online are not what it’s like in person!

Horrible!

This was by far the worse hotel experience that I have had. The first issue was that the hotel clerk denied receiving the booking through Expedia. When I offered to show him an email with the confirmation information from Expedia, he refused to view it. I went ahead with the check in, but discovered that he placed us in two room with double bed instead of the Kings. The first room he placed me in was filthy. The floors were dirty, the chair cushions were stained, there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, and there was an odor of cigarette smoke. I demanded another room, which was somewhat cleaner, but still no microwave or refrigerator, or the King bed that I had booked. The next day he placed me in a third room ( double bed). The next issue was even though the two rooms that we stayed in were identical, they charged me $104.00 dollars more for one of the rooms and that much more than the price Expedia reported to them. I have  reported this experience to Expedia, and the over charge to my credit card company

I booked two non-smoking King rooms on Expedia for a three night stay at this hotel.

The service stinks. The rooms were filthy. Hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. Booked thru the Wyndham app arrived and they wouldn't honor the price and the price was higher than the booked price. Guy at the front desk said it wasn't his problem take it up with Wyndham. Parking lot is a mess. Parking sucks and rooms stink. Highly recommend not staying here. I will never stay at this establishment again I would rather sleep in my truck.

Sucked

This is the absolute worst disgusting place I ever stuck my head into, filthy dirty, stained chairs and bed covers, someone had used the toilet before I got there and never flushed it, bugs under the chair cushion , plus have the rooms was tore up no doors , all kinds of trash all over the parking lot ! I used Expedia and I checked in around 3:45pm but wasn’t able to go to the room till around 8pm because of a family function and they would not refund my money, had to go to a different motel!!  Please do not go to this hotel I have pictures to prove everything!! Disgusting also the pictures on the page are not like it really is!!

Disgusting

Based on one room: Clean mostly, smudges on bathroom wall, ceiling cracked. Generally on the downhill side. Beds were clean tho. Housekeeping missed us the second day, so we had to ask for clean towels. We would not go back there.

Clean bit needing HELP!

They go above and beyond to make your stay excellent they are learning revamping and are always available no bugs that is the greatest aspect the staff is all very awesome breakfast is great everyday best place ever

Everything is great I would never stay anywhere else every thing was available pool is awesome breakfast is great I was allowed to have my dog and room is very roomy pool is awesome and the staff is the best they are doing updates 

New owners are very nice and helpful.  The outdoor pool is great. Air conditioning is cold.  Water is hot.  Ice machine works great. 24 hourLaundry mat next door.  Rooms clean and comfortable.  They offer weekly rates for traveling construction crews.   Close to lots of food places and not far from the local college.  I would recommend this motel for a pleasant stay.

There barely Any house keeping don’t get enough towels they money hungry but won’t clean the room I stay there for work and room was nasty found a weed blunt when I check in they have bugs they even tried to spray my room down before I move in so that had me worried already few weeks later have roaches in room good hospitality tho that’s it
