The room had grafitti on the outside brick wall, holes all over the inside walls. I felt very unsafe with the flimsy lock.  The room overall was very dark and depressing. It was not some place I wanted to sleep. The furniture was all beat up and the a/c unit had a rag stuffed in it. The guest pass card was dirty with some kind of sticky stuff on it. I would not stay there. My room looked nothing like this picture.

Since this place upgraded all of its furniture, the rooms are very cozy and comfortable. The bed's are absolutely amazing and on par with the classiest hotels out there. The prices have gone up these last couple of years, but it's still the most affordable hotel in Westminster.

What isn't wrong? Door lock broke,remote taped together, bugs in bathroom, one of the mattresses we think is a box spring, mattresses dumpsters of crap in parking lot, wifi doesn't work, light switch backing broken...yes it's cheap but literally not worth any $

I like everything when I came here and it was one of my best hotel experience's I have ever had I would come comeback anytime I had a wonderful experience here every thing I asked for if I didn't have it they provided it for me 

One of the best stays I have had at a hotel 

Good night's sleep. We stayed at the Boston Inn for a friend's wedding. I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. There are lunch and dinner restaurants within walking distance and Coffee Shop is a short drive away. The staff I interacted with were friendly and they gave us some of the best suggestions.

Wonderful!

Absolutely adore the design of the hotel. We got recognized by the staff at desk. This is our third time staying here and we were greeted like we were back home again. We will always choose Boston Inn as the entire staff has earned our loyalty. Thank you all for making our stay so comfortable each and every time.

Comfortable.

Nice place with wonderful people and place. The bed was clean and neat with clean bedsheets and that is all you need in a motel where you are planning to spend the night and get the much needed rest to awake refresh and energised. Loved the place. Nice place.


Nice Place

Horrible place. Holes in the walls. Unpleasant employees. I called to ask if they had found the phone charger I left in room 143 and on two separate occasions by 2 different employees I was told “it’s not my job, I’ll ask house keeping call back later” the second employee I talked to was horribly rude to me when I asked if they had found anything. If you stay here and leave anything, good luck ever getting it back. 

Terrible customer service. Horrible rooms

Not worth the price. We stayed in room 299. There are no blankets, just the bed spread. The smoke alarm is missing. The safety chain on the door is missing. The toilet roll holder is broken. No place to hang towel. The shower rod is held together with a coat hanger. The refrigerator has brown gooey stuff on the bottom. The freezer had 2 inches of ice. The dresser is broken. The sheets have cigarette burns. There are migrate workers hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking pot. The headboard was not attached to the bed. It was just leaning against it and the wall. We started in room 295 and left that room since it had urine on the seat. Should I go on?
