Recently had a week long stay and loved every moment.  Kind and friendly staff, beautifully appointed rooms, thoughtful and delicious breakfast!  Easy access to all the charm the cape has to offer.  I recommend catching a play while you're in the area, check with the owners about any current shows in town.  The house, the town, all the surrounding towns....It is a magical place. I am already wishing I could return!  Thank you Kathleen, Chuck, & team!  

Love this place!

I couldn’t imagine a more perfect stay on Cape Cod. The inn and the grounds are immaculate, the beds are comfortable, and food is spectacular (I dream about the Dutch baby pancakes), and the company is first class. Kathleen and Chuck truly made us feel like family, and the rest of the staff were warm and professional. Cannot wait to go back and to send all of my family and friends!

The perfect Cape Cod inn experience!

Another lovely stay! without the gory details, some medical challenges could have derailed our plans but we decided not to skip our previously planned anniversary trip. The Inn is well situated, beautifully appointed and uber-relaxing. We feel that Chuck and Kathleen treat us as friends rather than guests after many stays here. Breakfasts are delicious, unusual and filling. Breakfast substitutions are offered and my request for one was handled with ease. The place sparkles and benefits from a very convenient location. During fair weather, the patio is a peaceful oasis. Can't wait to return in the spring. Thank you, Kathleen and Chuck- we loved our getaway! 

Another lovely stay!

I couldn’t recommend the Inn at Yarmouth Port enough. Seriously, book this place… you will not be disappointed. 

I surprised my wife with a mini trip to the cape before our wedding. We wanted a few days to relax just the two of us, and that’s exactly what we got. The Inn is GORGEOUS and in pristine condition. Each room is decorated to perfection and has water readily available (which is a big deal for me…usually I travel with gallon jugs just in case). The front door has a locked keypad so guests always feel safe and each room locks with a skeleton key which is an incredible detail that compliments the entire experience.
 
And speaking of experience, Kathleen bakes fresh goodies for her guests… every single day, as well as a gourmet breakfast that she includes seasonal items from her garden. She could seriously open a restaurant, it’s that good! 

The grounds are also gorgeous. There’s a beautiful patio with tables, chairs, and an incredible fire pit overlooking gorgeous flowers and well manicured landscaping. You can see and feel the amount of love and care put in to every detail from start to finish. 

We walked to dinner at Leonessa and had the absolute best mini vacation. Can’t wait to make this a yearly tradition!

Months have passed since my stay at The Inn at Yarmouth Port and I'm ready to write my review.  I have given so much thought into what possibly could be improved or what may have been missing from my visit.  I have since been across this country staying at Inns in Colorado, Utah, Santa Fe, Arizona , but the ONE that makes me have a smile when I reflect back is Yarmouth Port.
I arrived as a  solo guest and departed feeling like family.  Kathleen and Chuck have put their heart and soul into the Inn and it shows.  They missed nothing , covered every detail from wonderful staff, comfort to corkscrews.  I hope they just felt that....Its a huge hug I just sent through this review saying Thank you for such a memorabe, relaxing visit, and its true....I smile continually inside and out thinking back . Give yourself a lifetime smile

This is a beautifully appointed Inn. Each room is just as stunning as the next. The outdoor area with the fire pit and a glass of wine is a little piece of heaven .

Breakfast is as beautiful as it is delicious ! 

But the absolute best reason to stay here is the Innkeepers. They are gracious, generous and talented.  They are huge supporters of the arts and the art community and sometimes you can even catch Kathleen in a local performance.

See the Cape through the eyes of the arts. You never know when you might hear singing coming from the beautiful living room!

Do yourself a favor. Book at this Inn now. It fills up fast!

They treat you like family

     This Inn was amazing not only for comfort, atmosphere, and location, but mostly because of the owners, Kathleen and Chuck. My husband and I traveled with my two sisters and their husbands.  We spent 5 nights at the Inn and all of us loved our experience. The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely. The beds are super comfortable.  The main floor and the outdoor area has quite a few options of seating to unwind from the day or meet up before going out for dinner.  One piece of advice I would like to share is if you are traveling with others ask Kathleen which bedrooms are near to each other and maybe choose the ones down the hall away from the staircase. There was a bedroom in between us and well we are chatty sisters so I hope we didn't disturb the occupants of that room.   If you are not traveling with others then every bedroom is going to be perfect on the second floor.  
      Our plan was to visit the different towns on Cape Cod and Chuck was so helpful with tips of what to see in each place.  When our whale watching tour was cancelled due to the water being too rough from the distant remnants of Hurricane Fiona, Chuck helped by suggesting how we could fill the day.  
     Let's talk food.  Oh my gosh.  Those were the best breakfasts I have ever had in my life.  Kathleen is an amazing chef! She uses fresh ingredients and pairs everything so well that each meal was a delight.  I have a fair amount of food sensitivities and Kathleen made sure my breakfast was the same as everyone else but would remove an ingredient I couldn't have and replace it with an equally comparable ingredient.  And then when we returned from our day of sightseeing, waiting for us was a freshly baked treat!  
     I would be remiss if I didn't mention their helper Susanna.  She is so sweet and took the extra effort to make sure all of our needs were met.  
    As far as restaurants that are nearby, make sure you get reservations for dinner at Yarmouth Port Village.  It is walking distance from the Inn. The name is a bit confusing since it is similar to "The Inn at Yarmouth Port" but Kathleen can help you with the number to call.  So worth it.  We ate there the first night which was nice since we didn't want to go far after traveling all day. Then we ate the night before we had to return home.  Great food.  
     Also make reservations at Il Montebello. Great pizza/Italian restaurant.  You have to drive there but it isn't far at all.  
     I could go on and on but save yourself hours of internet search and just stay at The Inn at Yarmouth Port? 

The Best Bed and Breakfast Ever!

We have stayed at tons of B & Bs over the years and this one would be at top of the list. The Innkeepers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The entire Inn was beautifully decorated and our room was not only lovely but very spacious with a very comfortable bed.  The breakfast each morning was not only delicious but very different. The baked goods bagged for each room in the afternoon was an added treat. We would definitely return.

A Gem in Yarmouth Port

Beautiful grounds, stylish and comfortable décor, pride in everything the Inn provides; from the cleanliness of our room, to the incredible breakfast served on the patio each morning. Even the little things were considered; fresh flowers in our room, home baked goodies each afternoon, calming music played throughout the shared spaces, filtered and chilled bottled water and the list goes on and on.
Chuck and Kathleen have thought of absolutely everything to make each visit memorable.

Welcoming and Comfort - Cape style

Kathleen and Chuck are excellent hosts. They finished chairs, beach towels, and a beach bag to go to the beach for sunset. Kathleen’s breakfasts were outstanding.  She also had a different treat each night for us and these were excellent too. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay at this inn!
