Had a great time.Beautiful room  comfortable beds .the staff was amazing.Robert was so very helpful making sure we had everything we needed.Will make this my yearly stay also their is a private beach .they provide beach towels. Beach chairs .fresh coffee or tea is provided in the lobby

Surf and sand beach motel

What a great place to stay, fantastic spacious rooms with extremely comfortable beds & well kept grounds with a nice swimming pool. Very handy to have a kitchenette area too. The grounds lead directly to a very picturesque sand dunes and a lovely beach. A lovely location to stay  & made to feel very welcome from the staff we met. If I ever visit Cape Cod again this would be the place I'd aim for.
We were fortunate to have great weather in October & were sitting on the beach and able to use the heated pool too.
Make sure you catch the sunrise when there - breathtaking!

Fabulous place & location

An older motel, but room was large and clean.  Kitchenette was a plus, we could have breakfast and lunch and only go out for dinner.  Kudos to housekeeping, always leaving fresh towels and toilet paper without being asked.  We had a second floor balcony, which was nice, however, you had to stand to see the view, if you were sitting down the railing was in the way.  Pool was clean and saw others using it.  The weather was sunny but very breezy, so a little cold.  Nice outside seating area which we utilized.  Wifi and phone were good in public areas but not in room unless you stood in the kitchenette,.  Overall, a great getaway and we would go back.

We love this gem of an oceanfront Motel! This was our second time happily returning for a much needed retreat~ Fabulous view, honestly, amazing sunrise to sunset~ Great staff also. I was sent to a room and there was no working air conditioner, and notified them immediately since I have Asthma. Woman came quickly to troubleshoot with no luck. I had taken my jacket off in that very warm room. They sent me to the next room which was the mini suite and this was very nice, everything was in working order! The entire trip I searched for my jacket, forgetting I left it behind~ The staff told my Daughter they would mail it out,  which was wonderful of them our check out was the 4th of October and never received my blue jean jacket mailed by a woman named Pat, so it is almost 1 month now~ Yes, I can buy another one but that one jacket had a sentimental value to me~ I question this? They had my Daughter's address I presume from her booking~ We will be there again, since it is a treasure otherwise!

Cape Cod 2020!

An older hotel that has pro's and con's 
Pro's: Nice beach, friendly staff, nice kitchenette and clean inside and near everything
Con's: Dated...shower broke when using it, walls very thin ..we heard couple next door arguing at 6:15 am. If you're on a bottom floor you will hear footsteps overhead all day .. Pool was not cleaned while we were there. I actually took the skimmer and cleaned it one morning. 

 Beach was well spaced out and covid protection's were in place

After we left the Riviera because of it being dirty we went here and glad we did.  Love it so clean and staff was so friendly.   Will recommend to others Definitely will be back.  Love the rooms and how bright everything is

Love it here

When looking for somewhere to stay in the Yarmouth area for a couple of nights last minute, I was so glad to find this oceanfront option.  We loved it.  it is adjacent to the various RedJacket properties, but totally different.  All units (fully renovated with kitchenette) are oceanfront, and you overlook a broad green lawn and pool, then a path goes through the dunes to the beach.  We loved the natural environment of the dunes (and the warm water I remember from Sea Gull beach on vacations growing up) and the whole vibe of the property.  It was easy walking distance to rt 28 for breakfast, or we learned the last day from others who have been coming there for decades, we could have walked over to the properties next door and have gone to their restaurants which had nice outdoor seating.  The people at check in and check out could not have been nicer or more welcoming.  Perfect visit- cannot wait to return!!  It was hard to leave our balcony view!

great beach

Highly recommend! We had a three day weekend right on the beach. Nice, casual atmosphere, beautiful and updated room with balcony. Huge room with small kitchen area.  Direct beach access, pool, nice grounds, nice people. All the rooms face the beach! 

September Weekend

We waited too long to book a hotel for this 3 day trip and ended up booking this on availability and the fact that they have ocean footage.

We were very pleased upon entering - it had been totally updated. Plenty of room for my son and I. Our own little patio facing the ocean. I wish I had understood that there was a full kitchenette - sink, small fridge, stove top, pots/pans/cups/glasses, etc. I would have brought food to make breakfast and lunches. 

The room was clean and comfortable. We had reception because our carrier is Metro. Most folks had no reception. 

My only complaints are that the closet smelled like mold/mildew so we didn't use it. And on Saturday nights, the hotel next door has outdoor DJ/music until 10 pm. It was too loud. I'll definitely stay there again but I'll make sure to eat at the Mattakeese on Saturday night!
