I stayed there with a close friend in a double room upstairs. It was NOT an OK experience. First, the rooms are dated,smells musty, they are cleaned the best they can be .Except the fridge. The sheets were clean however I brought my own based on former reviews. Yes I read the reviews and I go with the good and the bad. IT WAS BAD!!!! ALSO this place has people that live there and well lets just say it looked like I was in an episode of Hotel Hell. Every night we were sleep deprived from the cars and kids running around and cabs coming and going . All this from the people who live there. We were not told this but it seems to be a transit living hotel.THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE ND I WOULD NOT GO BACK . THEY SAY NO REFUNDS AND THIS IS WHY, THEY KNOW WHAT TYPE OF PLACE THIS IS , VERY ANGRY THIS IS EVEN ALLOWED ON THE TRAVEL SITES. IT IS NOT A SAFE PLACE. STAY AWAY !!!!!! This place needs to be investigated, as it  is a danger.

Nobody checked the room to see if the tv was working, so we had to have a fix upon arrival: (nice chap did so rather quickly). Even without considering the price paid, there should have been some hangers available without having to ask for that as well.  The ac unit is very large, loud, clunky and old, taking nearly an hour to get the room to a desirable cool level.  Walls are somewhat thin to a point where we could hear people on the phone in the next room unless covering our heads using two pillows.

The fact that they offer a microwave and refrain is a positive and it was fairly clean. Both persons with whom we dealt while engaging the office were helpful as well. The location is excellent relative to area options. It's old and a bit worn, a bit "old cape" in a lesser sense than a normally more nostalgic notion. i'd come again only if there were no other better in the price range  late option. Labeling our experience average takes a little bit of extra kindness.

The room was clean and suited our needs as it was for one night. There was a fridge and microwave in the room with a table and 2 chairs. Very conveniently located close to hyannis and the ferries. Very reasonable price.

Nice clean place to stay

We had a reservation for 5 days 4 nights. The week of and including the 4th of July. The room was 300$ for all 4 nights. Awsome. My expectations were low since it was a great price.  Well...when we arrived we were pleased to learn we were upgraded to a Queen room in the back with a private deck and view of the bay. Every morning we had coffee out there watching the wildlife. Every afternoon the bay filled with kayacks. It was breath taking. The only place we wanted to stay longer. Till next spring.......

MUST STAYING HERE

the management let us check out the rooms   we were four women getting 3 seperate rooms   rooms were not up to par and we chose not to stay   we were to stay 4 nights and conditions unsatisfactory  management were rude  we had to lost our deposit and had to then search for four hours looking for a better motel

rooms were musty smelling and smelled of smoke ripped furniture in rooms

My wife and I have stayed here for years. Clean comfortable rooms at good  prices. John and Cathy are great hosts. Both are very friendly and helpful with information about the West Yarmouth area places to visit and restaurants
