We were expecting a quaint Cape Cod motel. Instead we received a filthy room with a smell. We had to purchase clorox wipes and Lysol to try to lessen the smell in the room. The floor was dirty, especially in the corners. The furniture is mismatched and very old. The room was expensive and disgusting. We thought to open the window but there was trash piled up outside and the window had no screen. There’s no excuse for this kind of filth when you’re offering rooms to the public.

Please don’t bring your families here. Not clean, people were smoking crack in their cars outside, everyone else was so drunk they couldn’t stand up, pool is literally the rotary to the parking lot (feels hazardous?)

It was so incredibly uncomfortable. Please don’t book.

Crack den with a rotary pool

Such a disappointment!!! My husband and I show up excited for our mini-vacay and I almost cried it was so rundown, the pool was empty, there was other guest sitting outside of there's and they looked questionable it was so bad my husband and I canceled and went down the road to a different hotel and paid more but were so much happier so DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE ITS A CRAP HOLE!!!!!!

False advertising

Has potential if cleaned up. Rooms are large. There's great diner for breakfast nearby. I'm not sure about the continental breakfast that they have in reception counter it would maybe be better in proper dining area. The photos are very decieving . Wouldn't stay more than a night

Could be cleaner

There are nicer rooms and places to stay in the area 
Rooms were dirty we didnt even stay lost $89 dollars but was worth it not to stay pool was disgusting rooms musty and damp 
Receptionist just unwashed 
Asked to see the rooms just dire to be honest a quick in and out 
And looked for something better 
Just dont take the pictures at face value most are from 2012 

Avoid avoid avoid !!!! 

Stayed here for 3 nights as a family of 4. 

Breakfast included - but it was limited and in the foyer / reception area. Coffee, juice plus a small selection of muffins, bagels, toast, cereal & yogurt. Good to have it included though.

Nice sized outdoor pool. 

No tea & coffee making facilities in the room which was a shame. 

There are a few restaurants within walking distance which was pleasant to be able to do. Adventure golf is nearby too. The nearby Ninety-nine restaurant towards West Yarmouth was a big hit with our family. 

The hotel did have 2 bbq’s available - although we didn’t use them, but saw that others did.

I’ve noticed that the pre-2018 reviews aren’t good. I would presume it’s either under new management or has been spruced up considerably since then. I’d be happy to stay here again.

No frills, but a decent motel

An amazing really quiet and  clean place, large rooms, comfortable bedding , really clean and nice pool .Very  attentive and amazing people run the place.Delicious breakfast at the morning!! !Absolutely  deserve 5 stars !!!!

Amazing place!!!

It's nothing special but if you're on a budget and you want to spend for 5 days at the cape without having the hassle driving back and forth this is perfect it has everything you need a clean room air condition good service what else you need hi stay there for 4 nights 5 days and it was as advertised he was clean and the service was excellent
