Checked in at 3 and room was net ready had to wait in car. Watched the housekeepers, who were not polite and rushed through without mopping the disgusting laminate floor. Told them it looked like blood on mattress pad that they would not change. Would not take a shower because the bathroom was so gross. Stains on shower curtain. The front window had a huge crack in it that was taped to keep the glass together. There was a hole in the wall that looked like maybe something was living in there.

Worst hotel ever!

Don’t get a hotel room from here, we stayed a night and woke up itching like crazy they got roaches crawling all over the place in the walls and the bathroom. The hotel staff is very unprofessional and looks for an every little thing to complain about. Save your money and stay somewhere else this place is a joke

Shame on me for not reading review ahead of time or diving deeper into the pictures. Tripadvisor: you need to stop labeling this Quality Inn!!! There is no quality here!! The room was dirty, not cleaned from the previous guests. The blanket had multiple cigarette burns. Sign in lobby that says No Refunds is a bad omen.

No longer Quality, Inn it's the Mcintosh Inn

We were on honey moon and needed a hotel to crash at. We found this quality inn When we entered the lobby we were met by a woman on heroin or meth screaming like a mad man. The hallways smelled horrible and i couldnt bring myself to stay another minute at this terrible hotel.

Didn't Step Foot in the Room.

When I checked in, the staff said it's "Not a Quality Inn anymore" even though I booked through the Choice website and the Quality Inn sign is still in front. The promised breakfast is no longer offered, I reserved an accessible King room but they said they had given it to someone else so my companion couldn't shower, the first "nonsmoking room" reeked of smoke, the TV didn't work until the staff came to make it work, we were awake for an hour in the middle of the night while the police were loudly arresting someone in a nearby room... And when I complained in the morning, the woman didn't even apologize--just said "Oh...." Overall, I'd definitely recommend avoiding this one!

My husband and I stayed at the quality Inn and the bed had bedbugs we commented it to the night manager and he change the room when we spoke to the morning manager he claimed there was no bedbugs and they’re clearly was bed bugs my husband got bitten and the service and the manager is very rude I would never recommend this hotel to anyone it is dirty the rugs are filthy the bathtub is nasty it’s just a very bad place for anybody to stay

First clue something was off - a sign stating that this is an independently owned and operated hotel, only using the chain name, but obviously not held to any kind of standards. The check-in counter was a greasy mess as if someone had put food on it. I was told I had chosen a king, smoking room which I hadn't. We got put in a room with two doubles and that's where it got even more interesting.  There was a cracker on the floor, urine stains on the floor around the toilet, stains in the shower, the carpet had the greasy dirty feel of a carpet that hadn't been cleaned in forever.  The furniture had stains on it. I don't need luxury and a 2.5 star rated hotel usually fits my needs. But this was so filthy, we turned around, dropped our key on the counter and left.

Do Not Stay Here If You Have Other Options

I checked in at midnight after all flights into Philadelphia airport were cancelled.  I checked out just after 4 am, figuring sleeping in the airport for a 65 year old single woman would be safer.  I tried to contact front desk 4 times throughout the night.....no one ever answered..cops arrived and stayed with me until taxi could take me back to airport.

Not safe; no answer if you try to call for help and no quality in this hotel

We did not even enter the room..the smell of smoke was overwhelming, the handrail of stairs to the room was 'sticky' the exterior was littered, the restaurant nearby was abandoned , there was excrement on the parking area (see pics) It is a blight to the name of Choice Hotels. This hotel should either be bulldozed or condemned!..

This property is filthy, hard to find, NO signage as to when to turn. Once on property there is NO signage as to where the main office is. I walked into the bathroom and saw that the toilet had NOT been cleaned. I cleaned it myself. Would have left but it was very late so we stayed. YOU DO NOT WANT TO STAY HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!
