WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! The department of public health needs to shut this down! There was sh*t stains in my bed, nothing clean, used condom on floor. Scared for my life there. The towels were extremely musty and it smelled so terrible. It was so filthy we couldn’t even sleep.

DO NOT STAY HERE

I can’t even begin to convey how bad this place is. No lamps in the room, no hairdryer; no iron.  Didn’t look clean enough to sleep in the bed OR take a shower.  NOT pet friendly!!!!!! Terrible scary location; terrible scary clientele.  They called us several hours before we were due to arrive and demanded to charge our credit card.  That should have been the tip-off.  If we hadn’t already been charged, we would have run away as fast as we could after seeing the place.  Beware! DON’T stay here—you’d be better off sleeping in your car.  This was one of the most expensive stays on our entire month-long trip—A TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!

NEVER EVER!!!!!

I'm sorry, I write some good reviews, but this isn't one of them. As someone in another review mentioned, the hall has a faint hint of marijuana. As you walk into your no smoking room, you get three kinda mixed smells. Something slightly floral, something like a faint chocolate, and hint of urine. I stayed three nights here. Shortly after arriving, I get a message from my credit card company, telling me they refused a charge from Tideway. I went into the account, and found where they had paid Rodeway Inn one charge of $247, and declined a second. The owner came out to me the following afternoon and told me my card was declined. I looked at him and said, no it wasn't, you tried to charge it twice, and it was declined the second time. He told me he'd have to check, and gave me the thumbs up when I walked back in. I would like to believe this was accidental on their part, but I do wonder.

Never again

This place is nothing short of a dump. As soon as you walk in, the essence of marijuana hits you in the face!. The floors carpet looked like it hadn't been swept in weeks. If it wasn't for the fact that it was 2:30 a.m. (I had just gotten off the highway) and the other hotels in the area were booked, I would have turned around and contemplated sleeping in my car. The room smelled like mildew was its last occupant. The towels were so dingy, they looked gray. 
There was constant traffic up and down the hallway by the shady looking people also staying there. There was a lot of noise from a room all the way at the end of the hallway. In the morning I found out that the noise was from a man banging on the door of the room where there was a woman trying to kill herself. 
The free hotel breakfast consisted of stale bread for toast, dry cereal and juice. 
The only positve thing I can say is that the front desk worker was very pleasant.

Dump

Our non smoking room smelt like smoke there was a hole in the bathroom wall and the door did not lock. We had rented a double queen room but were give only one bed. Did not stay more then 5 minutes in the room as we did not feel safe!

Do not stay here

One night stay on our US vacation. 
Staff friendly.
Old room. Could be cleaner.
Wifi not too bad.
Bed was comfy.
Pool available.
No noise.
Coffee machine was not working. Did not report that as it was a long day and needed the sleep.

It’s definitely a place to stay if you want to stay away from crime in the area

I chose this hotel because the day I arrived there was a shooting by the hotel we were going to stay at, so in essence this is how I came across this place. The staff is great and the rooms are clean, roomy and accommodating for more than 3 days to include a small kitchen. 

They do have a pool, unfortunately we never utilized it. 



Safe

We stayed here three nights during the Blues festival in May. Further from town than many of the accommodation options close to the concert but it was worth it as the transport each day plus the reasonable motel cost easily made financial sense. Sure this place isn’t at the peak of fashionable interiors and luxury breakfasts - but for a reasonable priced option I’d certainly recommend it. No problems with any sense of lack of safety/security etc
