This property is the most horrible hotel I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping at. The entire hotel is a trash dump, from the front desk attendants to the housekeepers. Abundant vehicles are everywhere along with the homeless. I woke up a homeless woman sleeping on the steps preventing me from getting to my room. Loud music, load neighbors in the middle of the night, horrible odors everywhere and I could barely understand what the Front Dest attendant was saying. Bearly spoke any English and extremely rude. My room was just as bad...My door closed but didn't lock, I could see the outside around the door when it was closed. There as absolutely NOTHING decent about this property. AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COST!!!!!!

The people here don't not speak English and they came to the room and told us that we had to get out even though my husband said that we were staying two days and they are not nice they demanded that we get out I would not recommend this place to anybody

This place is one step above a homeless encampment.  EVERYTHING is either peeling, rusty, broken, or dirty.  Or all the above.  Several of the  electrical outlets didn’t work,  so no lights next to the bed to read by.  But there's plenty of late night entertainment featuring yelling and screaming. I honestly don't know how RedRoof allows this dump to carry their badge.  If it weren't so late when we  arrived we would have passed.   Save your money and stay somewhere else.

We needed a place to stay and needed it to be dog friendly. Red Roof Inn has been our go to for comfort and decent price. We checked in after 10 p.m. and we're leaving before 8 a.m.
I am sure I saw a roach as we walked in...I was ready to leave BUT we had already paid $90.00 plus tax etc...(even though the online & ad prices were lower) I needed a place to sleep. My dog sniffed every crack and crevice, scratched at the sheets and seemed uneasy. We checked under the covers, well the sheet and thin spread, no blanket.  It was noisy. A number of drunk or drugged people. My dog was jumping up and looking around for more than an hour. I was still awake at 2 a.m. There was a plastic bag in a drawer, the refrigerator had black mold and blood in the freezer compartment, the wash cloths & towels were stained and the walls dirty. The parking lot and outside was also filthy and unkempt. We got a few hours of sleep then loaded up and got out of there. What made me more uneasy was the two men ( manager, owner perhaps) lurking around staring, monitoring every movement. 

Grossed out and uneasy. 

I travel all the time and stay at Red Roof Inns frequently. Unfortunately this is the second time in 4 or 5 months this happened....a disaster. We paid the premium price for a premium room...and this is what we got:

We walked in, the building was rough looking but we went to check the room. The room was filthy, the mattress was covered in black mold (there were also a bunch of mattresses piled up near the dumpster, there were roaches inside the room, and huge ones on the premises outside, the room stunk like mold, car in the parking lot with broken window. Needless to say we walked right back out. We left and stayed at La Quinta.

I had no issue with the room , excellent room service , clean sheets , shower worked well no loud noise in the halls , gate access, internet works well , come see for your see you would love it here cheap prices

We enjoy our stay its clean and friendly we go every weekend and going keep on going I love that place it's cool plenty places to eat got store we can go i go with my husband but yall will like it we going this Friday

Everything that could go wrong, went wrong.  I arrived at the hotel very early (10:00AM) on Friday, March 26.  I knew that check-in time was later in the afternoon.  The clerk said that there was a room available (#201), but there would be a $10 early arrival fee.  I have to admit, this was a new one for me.  Most hotels simply welcome you and register you.  This particular hotel just sees the dollar signs and could care less.  I entered the room and the significance of cigarette smoke in the air would make people uncomfortable.  This is another reason to wear a mask indoors during a raging pandemic.  The security latch on the door was broken; the dead bolt was the only lock that was working.  The bathroom door had a nice hole in it, thanks to a previous guest's size 12 shoe.  The phone never worked in the room, and I brought this up with the agent when I went downstairs.  He had a careless attitude and really didn't care.  He told me "well, the phone needs to be reset." He never did it.  The bed's cover had stains on it and was just utterly disgusting.  I don't have a beef with the other people staying at the hotel, but on Friday night, the constant honking of horns after 11:00pm, the sounds of a saw after midnight buzzing away, and the commotions downstairs was just brutal.  Luckily, I travel with ear plugs, so that helped me sleep.  The lightning and thunder display as well as the torrential rainfall was not the Red Roof's fault, but it was an eventful Friday night.  The bathroom's tissue holder was broken.  And there is only one hangar to use.  I did not stay at the hotel on Saturday night.  I waited out the storm and left at 1:30am.  I would rather stay at the airport, sitting on a chair at the foyer then at this Red Roof Inn.  The young lady housekeeper who furnished me towels on Saturday afternoon was the only caring person at the hotel.  The Red Roof Inn Memphis Airport lost one customer and I will avoid this brand of hotels like the pandemic.

Ms Ashley Clark at the redroof inn at Elvis Presley has excellent customer service. She’s very polite and treat the customers like family.. IWould  strongly recommend people to stay here because of her professional services..
