It was good but to many spiders and the services was so good they was nice I see how they are doing and that the main men in the office was cool they did not over price me it was only like 30 dollar it cool

Kind of good but there was a big old spider in the bathroom and the service was good

Odor, Stained sheets flies inside room No refund, The health Dept.needs to be notified Money trap 5 minutes inside room was nauseating Please if I had time to Picket Don't stay not relaxing at all They should not pay fee 1000 dollars to stay overnight

NASTY

This hotel is DISGUSTING. We had difficulties locating a decent RV park and we were very tired, so we checked in to what appeared from the OUTSIDE to be a fairly decent hotel to catch a few hours of sleep. It was FILTHY. We pulled back the bedspread to see some black "debris" on the sheets. I went to complain to management and was told to leave the premises. No refunds allowed. "Clientele" were coming and going rather quickly and our suspicions were confirmed from the Subway across the road that that hotel is a crack house and the rooms are rented by the HOUR. Thank GOD our grandchildren were not with us. DO NOT STAY HERE!! It is NOT SAFE. We left and went into the TA to get a large cup of coffee so we could keep on driving.  I had my money in my hand and a KIND woman advised me to " not flash my money around" because I would be mugged. ROUGH AREA!!! AVOID THIS AREA!!!! 

OH MY GOD

After driving for over 8 HOURS we arrived at this hotel the outside looked nice so we paid and got our room. We arrived at 530AM, opened the room door and it looked like a CRACK HOUSE INSIDE!! The walls were splattered with brown stuff, the carpet is TERRIBLE with brown stains though out. Contacted front desk was told no refunds. Being strapped for cash decided to stay. Got up at 8:30 TRIED to turn on shower the entire handle, and holdings came off the wall!!! Called front desk was told "maintenance " would be up shortly. They arrived and it was the same lady who works front desk she looked at it and said she could do nothing about it. Asked front desk when was check out she told me 11 sharp!!! I arrived at 5:30!! So I paid 70 for a room that I could not shower in, and only was there for five and a half hours!! My sister came to visit when I got there and was told in order to come in after hours she had to pay TEN DOLLARS for an overnight fee but she was only coming to VISIT not stay!! Worst hotel in Memphis!!! DON NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

It needs to be CONDEMNED!!! Never stay here!!

Currently staying in this hotel for the night. We purchased 2 queen beds in a non-smoking room. When we walked in the room had very stale air and smelt like somebody had just smoked in it. The smoke alarm was missing which is not safe for the guests who are staying there. Starting with the beds, there were two holes on one side of one of the beds, a hair ball in the middle of the bed, and the sheets smelt like they had not been washed. The room itself was very dated, it really needs an update with the beds and other things in the room. The tv wasn't nice either, but didn't really bother us all to well. Down where we stayed there was a close Dollar General near bye where we had bought air fresher to help control the odor. The bathrooms had little black pieces of hair on top of the toilet, the bathroom tile had pieces missing, and there was no added shampoo, conditioner etc. My biggest problem I think of all was the sleeping. The room had multiple bugs who annoyed me all night. Overall the place was terrible in my opinion and I would never stay there again. I don't recommend this hotel to anybody especially travelers who want a good night sleep and to wake up fresh in the morning. Save your money for a better hotel even if it's a little more expensive!

WORST HOTEL EVER!

First Motel on US 61 (1.5 miles North of TN State Line). Sign on it's North side was broken. Sign coming from the South is blocked by a sign for another business. Message on sign says that this is the "cleanest and newest motel on US 61" but this isn't the case. Stayed here four years ago so this motel isn't new. The only thing new are the owners who are other members of the Asian American Hotel Association (Patels from India). I should have passed on the room when I got into the office. There was a thick Plexiglas window at the counter with microphone and speaker along with a trap door. This was new. Person asked me if I wanted the room for the whole night. Meaning that this motel might allow the rooms to be rented out by the hour for prostitution. Most of the rooms were supposed to be non-smoking so there were a lot of cigarette butts in the parking lot. Other trash needed to be picked up in parking lot. Enclosure around the dumpster was bent up. Had to go to the office twice to get a good door key to get into room. Air in the room was very stale. Had to ask for air freshener. Smoke detector missing. Deadbolt on door but no security chain. Noisy fluorescent bedside lights (ballasts needs to be replaced). A couple of the electrical outlets had broken covers (fire danger). Bathroom door had two large holes busted into it near the top of the door, Five panel mirror on wall next to bed. Only idea for position of mirror panels is for viewing sex. One of the mirror panels had a large piece of mirror missing at the bottom. Mini fridge in room but no microwave. Does have flat screen TV fastened to a wall. Nothing to hang clothes up (no coat rack). For air conditioning or heat, you have to ask the person in office to flick a switch. Phone in room also needs to be turned on before you leave the office. No breakfast provided. Two gas stations and dollar stores close by. Did not see any fast food places or restaurants close by. $5 deposit for key and remote. Person in the office did give me a snack bag (2 bags of chips, small bag of peanuts, small bag of chocolate chip cookies, candy bar, and small bottle of water).

Misleading Sign

I recently stayed at the Relax Inn, was told that there was only one room left an the charge was 74.00 for the Jacuzzi suite. The water in the jacuzzi came out brown, the toilet seat was cracked an the room was not clean at all. The woman renting put the room took no responsibility for the issues an offered nothing to compensate me for the inconvenience. Would never stay or recommend this place to anyone. I want my money back!!!!!
