The owner is more than accommodating. Didn’t have a blow dryer in room and owner sent for a new one. Bed is more than comfortable. Walked in to one of the best smelling rooms I have ever stayed in. I stay in motels and hotels several times a month and this place you can’t say enough about its quality. Hard to change the outside of an old motel but they sure did a great job on the inside. If you going to Mena this is where to stay!

In Mena Stay here,More than expected, better than most expensive hotels

The owner who goes by "Pete" refuses to provide guests with proper liens and toiletries. The motel is infested with roaches, bed bugs, and black mold. There is also holes in the walls of most rooms. The hot water heaters run out of hot water constantly. There is constant activity coming and going in and out of most rooms. The entire motel appears to be under active construction with no real results. Very loud disrespectful quests. Multiple guests have been injured on the grounds including recently an elderly woman fell twice first time broke her arm, and then the second fall shattered the same broken arm. Owner kicked out a family because the husband/father suffers from epilepsy.

Worst Experience Ever

This hotel looks very rough and parts are but I stayed in 106 and was really surprised. It was clean, fresh smelling and freshly renovated. The bed was comfortable it was quiet except for the semi with the Jake brake at 4:40am. The room had a new microwave and fridge with freezer. I was pleasantly surprised that the room had a smart tv so I was able to stream Netflix and Amazon. If I was a lady you might want to wait until they clean up the rest of the property but they are working on it. As a single guy that travels a lot I felt pretty safe. I normally stay in Marriott hotels mainly because they have smart tvs but I would stay there again. I hope they continue to improve on the property to make it look nicer. The people seemed very nice.

Some rooms freshly renovated and 106 was nice!

We needed accommodations for four families for three nights on short notice. They had exactly what we needed at very affordable rates. We returned to use their services again this past week August 2nd and 3rd. We are very pleased with our stay and the continuing upgrades in the remodeling. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The heat in Mena has been oppressive but the air-conditioning worked excellent and made it easy to get a great nights sleep.  I highly recommend Executive Inn. 

Good Accommodations at an Affordable Price 

The renovations are amazing you guys are doing great keep it up, Very clean and comfortable rooms, the staff was so friendly and the location is perfect and affordable I highly recommend this motel ..

From arrival to departure it was a great experience. The management is very polite , the rooms are clean and affordable 

Room had dirty floor from minute we walked in. Used soap left in shower. Half used toilet paper. 3 night stay had to ask each night for towels. No-one ever came to take trash. Bed was uncomfortable. Look elsewhere.  For not much more money you can get a cabin. Will be back to Mena but not to this motel. 

Look elsewhere. Not clean!

We stayed here the last weekend in October 2022. The gentleman that checked is in was very pleasant and accomodating. He had just purchased the property and taken possession of it 7 days previous to our visit. We had booked a studio room but the gentleman told us he put us in a regular room because he felt like the studio room was not in any condition to rent. Our room, #102, had a king bed, a table, two night stands, a desk, a TV,  coffeemaker, iron, microwave, and a small refrigerator with freezer.

I have to admit, when I stepped into the room I had my doubts. We checked it for bugs and cleanliness and all was ok. No sign of cockroaches or bedbugs. It did have an odor but I cant say it was bad, just different. We did go to Walmart and purchase cheap slippers because the carpet looked really bad... old and well used with lots of stains. The bed was a little firm for me, but I  did sleep well. Overall we were comfortable and rested well. The water pressure in the shower wasnt great, but we were able to get clean.

We talked with the new owner who shared that he sees a lot of potential with the property and hopes to bring it up to that potential over time. It was good to know that the rooms that are completely unrentable have been stripped until they can be remodeled.

Right now the property is old and very run down, but not too bad a place to stay if you're not expecting a lot. I would stay here overnight again as is, but I am looking forward to seeing what this new owner does to this property.

Under New Management

Didn’t have a choice. Horrible place  mold 4inches up shower curtains. Black stuff on floor and drawers  holes in wAll sticky floors. Smelled bad. Went to store and bought sheets and covers to Lay on top of bed  something on walls. Carpets nasty. Light was hanging out of ceiling. Dead bugs. No shampoo. Few stained towels no iron couldn’t talk to owners very bad English. Very short tempered. One room floor wet from toilet over flowing. Bed wasn’t even made in one room do not stay here

3rooms rented

Hotel was the only pet friendly one in town. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Bare bones room with small bars of soap only. The room rate was very reasonable.

Disliked  · The check-in clerk was the most surly, unfriendly man I have ever experienced. He must really hate his job. The credit card machine was inoperative (?) and I had to pay cash. The door numbers were so faint I had to get out of my truck to be able to read them. My card became inoperative and 
I went to have it reactivated. The clerk was put out with me and tossed my card on the counter before walking out. So rude. Room smelled musty and the bath was dingy and in need of repair. Carpet was stained. No breakfast offered.

Stay Somewhere Else

We called several times to get a reservation and could never get through so we made our reservation online. I called to confirm and the man asked for my name, phone number and confirmation number and said we were good. Arrived the day of the reservation and were told they were “very sorry” but they had no rooms. Told the next couple that came in the same thing, then gave a room to the next guy that came in.  Front desk clerk was rude and told me I could talk to his dad. First was told that there were maintenance issues with the room then was told the tv was stolen. Dishonest people to say the very least.
