Amazing Time!  A secure, quite, clean location. All the staff was friendly. Checking in and out was easy.  Plan to get take out and prepare what you need before you get there so you can enjoy every minute! Stayed at the Paradise.


Perfect Couple Getaway 

The pool was a great temp,  the slide is great naked except a little bit of ass burn,  the bidet really flushed out our booties and was a pleasant surprise,  the room was clean and huge, the floor in the shower is slightly hard to bang on but worth the knee bruises. Really it was amazing the mirrors by the bed add 50 pounds they should fix that though. It was a great room. Watch out for the champagne cork nearly takes an eye out.

Awesome

Majestic suite, appears to be one of the freshly renovated rooms. Pool water was perfect. The rain water feature was neat but was cold and kinda annoying.  Didn't understand the steam room. Whirlpool next to bed was just big enough for 2 to fit. I expected a big tub. Bed was comfy and tv set perfect to lay in bed and watch. Sound system for pool and room was good. The biggest down side was them doing construction on the room next door. Both late into the evening and early in the morning. We stayed on a Sunday Sept of 2021.

Nice getaway

Nice relaxing comforting peaceful clear space the waterfall over the pool and the pool water perfect not warm or cold just right and the set when you first walk amazing. The towels are in the shape of swans the gift cart is full and very nice and the add ons for rose pedals champagne chocolate that you can buy and have set up for your arrival.

So relaxing!!!  You feel like royalty for a night. Staff is so happy to accommodate whatever you need you can just go from the hot tub to the pool to the steam room to the massage chair. Beautiful lighting and ambiance over the bed. 

The most relaxing night

I enjoyed my stay in the majestic suite. The pool was clean warm and inviting. The water fountain was fantastic. The steam room superb and invigorating. The sound system was great with speakers in the pool area and in the bedroom. We loved the fireplace as well.

Perfect get away

Okay, first things first.... seriously, don't pay any attention to negative reviews in regards to the pool suites. Unless you're one of those people that are never happy with anything in life and nothing is ever good enough...you will have a great time here.  

We got the Majestic Pool Suite. The pictures did not do it justice!!!The room was set up so well, it was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in ever. There was a very nice stereo system with very good quality surround sound that played throughout the entire suite. (Bluetooth connection) Both my husband and I agreed that the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever experienced while on a vacation.  All the mood lighting was beautiful.  The steam shower was a wonderful way to start the day. The whirlpool tub was also the nicest we've ever used. It was very large and the jets were really nice.

Check in and check out were a breeze.  If you ever needed ice, tissues, etc, they would have someone run it down to your room and what we needed always arrived within 5 minutes of making the phone call. 

There is a kwik trip conveniently located next door for any last minute items you might need to pick up. They even had a beer cave! (Gotta love Wisconsin!)

When we looked around at what amenities were available all within our own room, the value was great. We've spent 300 a night at hotels with just a little chintzy whirlpool tub in the past, so this almost felt like a steal.

I was tempted to not even leave a review, in effort to keep this place all to ourselves. ;) We will definitely make a point to come back.

Disregard negative reviews....!

It was terrible service. Smelt like weed in the main office.
Got locked in the room within 2hrs of arrival. Beadbolt jammed. Took an hour to get a hold of anyone. Door was bent after had an ice cold draft the whole trip. No compensation!!!!!
Beds are hard as rocks, basic cable, in need of an update, and dirty pool.
Drive 3 hours and paid a whole lot to swim naked in a dirty pool.

Don't waste your money

Tried to book here for country whirpool suite at Mequon. They told me at the last minute that rose petals on the bed and roses in the vase were unavailable because they didn’t want to pick the flowers themselves? And offered to switch my gifts to soaps 😑. That i would be charged for 😑 i then told the employee to cancel the reservation and she still tried to charge me $157.00 for NOTHING. I then explain I wouldn’t be coming if i cannot be accommodated. The only I got out of all this is to NEVER book here again! Thanks for nothing and ruining my birthday celebration Sybaris Mequon!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Worst birthday experience EVER!!!!

When I would see those ads about the Sybaris, on TV. I would always dream of me and my husband having a wonderful romantic time there. So for our 25th anniversary I wanted to surprise him and made reservations for us to spent the weekend there, coming in you wouldn't believed that it was the Sybaris . We were very tired from the drive and just wanted to get to our room , it was very small there was an odor coming from a spot on the carpet , blood stain on the bathroom rug, the handle on the whirlpool fell off when we tried to turn it. We made our concerns to the front and even was willing to pay for a better room she stated that they were full on checking out she said the manager would get in touch with us. He was very nice and apologetic and offered us a very nice accommodation so a thumbs up to him.
