You get what you pay for. I purchased a package deal through Priceline for airfare, rental car and hotel. I won’t do that again.  First it turns out that I saved about $40 total. Never again. The reviews I read about the hotel were very misleading. 
The hotel was a bare bones hotel. No coffee at all. I showed up just as they were cleaning my room. As soon as they were done, I found roaches in the room. The pool never opened and the restaurant was permanently closed. On the upside, it was only a couple of miles to many restaurants. 
The staff at the hotel were nice but the cleaning women spoke no English. So communicating with them was impossible. I stayed for 4 days. 
Day two I was done work in the morning and went back to the hotel to rest a little. There were no do not disturb hangers and the cleaning woman came to my room. I have no clue if she understood me as I asked that she come back tomorrow. A second cleaning woman came about an hour later. I asked her to return the next day as well. No one came back the next two days and I had to reuse towels for three days. That would not have been a problem but the towels were all stained or dirty.  
Normally I would have left the hotel and went somewhere else but everything was non refundable. 
I was traveling for work so I would have had to eat the additional costs. I would not recommend this hotel at all.  I almost stayed in my rental car but it was not comfortable enough to sleep in.  
I was not aware that the hotel was in a commercial out of the way area.

Mikes trip

This place needs major makeover. The expressway is right in front and you can hear all the traffic going by all night.  The bathrooms are pretty nasty.  There was no cover to a vent that was filthy right over the shower. Bathtub and vanity sink were disgusting, faucets were rusted and pitted, sink and tub looked nasty..gross.  The towels are nasty supposed to be white they looked dirty, they are a dingy grey,  would not suggest this place at all.

UPDATES NEEDED

The room was not top of the line but it was fine..Housekeeping and Office staff were very friendly and very cooperative...We were so satisfied, we are returning again..We are very happy to reserve again

Enjoyed my visit

Chose this hotel because it was close to parents - room was not clean, dust and dirt in bathroom.  It's obvious that this is an old building, it needs rennovations.  Lights shorted out, dresser drawers wouldn't open.  Windows hadn't been washed in years.  Bathroom/vanity sink was disgusting, faucet was rusted and pitted, sink was cracked and dirty...even clean it was dirty - gross.  Water trickled.  No fan in bathroom, minimal hot water for shower.  NO clock?  Really?  No hair dryers?  Made for a long week.  As stated earlier, close to parents is the only reason we chose this hotel - spent majority of the time at parents' house.  Only at hotel to shower and sleep - good thing!  Plaster repair on walls but not finished or painted.  Vending machines out of order.  When checking in, don't get room 110...it sucked!  Almost $300.00 for a week.....too much for what we got.
