Room was horrible, bathtub stopper was Unusable, tv was broken, provided furniture was filthy, looked like someone pooped in the arm chair near the window, exposed wires coming from outlet... Basically walked in and walked out after looking and inspecting, went back to the front, they refused to refund me, even though they couldn't give me another room... Also.. Drugs and prostitution is rampant...

Horrible..

Booked this room through booking.com after seeing they gave it a 7.9/10 with 19 reviews. This motel is bad at best. While the staff was very pleasant when I could understand their very broken English, the room was not. There were crickets on the floor. It was supposed to be non-smoking but when I entered the room the smoke smell was so overwhelming I got an instant headache and became nauseated. There was no security latch on the door. The "keys" were typical credit card style keys but they obviously did not issue new keys each time someone checked in as they had the keys in a box with the room numbers written on them. The refrigerator did not work. Though it does not effect the quality of the room, most of the room numbers are painted on the doors rather than having the plastic plates with the room numbers on them. Bottom line the room was so bad I ate the cost of the one night I was to stay there and moved to the Comfort Inn and Suites just down the road.

Pleasant staff - Horrible room

There was a skunk in our room it was hiding and came out after we closed the door with all our things inside. I met my husband here who had been riding his motorcycle across country. He asked if the manager would give us an extra night if he removed the skunk as animal control was not available. The manager said yes of course. My husband carefully placed a 5 gal bucket behind the toilet turned off all the lights and used a flashlight to heard the skunk into the bucket. Not even a whiff of odor escaped he placed a pillow vowel the bucket and removed it. The mgr had the room re cleaned . The next night was supposed to be free but that did not happen the management seemed like totally different people in the morning. They were rude beyond belief. They are not kind at all.

Do not stay here. It is dirty and there are bedbugs big enough for taxidermist. When we showed Mr Patel the bedbugs all he asked was did we move the headboard. He then walked off. BBB should get involved.

Bedbugs healthy!

Made a reservation online and paid and when I showed up Mr. Patel said he had NO VACANCY. He was very rude when I said I had an email confirmation.I got back from the oil field late at 10:00pm so he decided to give my room to someone else.
